Fantastic atmosphere, excellent assortment of cocktails, mocktails, brews, and cider! There’s something for everyone! My favorite part is that it’s dog friendly. It’s definitely a local gem!

Fascinating place. Amazing array of Cider mixed drinks beer and everything. Nice range of food trucks rotating through. Love this place. Great options for sitting outside or being in the barn. Not what you would expect in Winthrop Maine. Highly recommend this place. Worth checking out.

Expansive beverage choices. Passionate about their cocktails. Beautiful setting, and the free range chickens are a bonus. A wide array of seating options indoor and outside Very welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient employees. Patrons were fun as well. Dog on leash friendly. Enjoyed the food truck options available. Enjoyed the destination and experience.

Food trucks will be there, sometimes music, all posted on the website. An amazing bar, beers, boutique complex ciders, and an array of scotch, whiskey, and other distilled choices.
I loved I could bring my dog in on a cold, rainy day.
Lots of space in the large cozy barn, and then there’s the outside lush landscape on the farm. Happy curious chickens darting about.
Can’t wait to go back!

Cider was good. Service was friendly. Disappointed they had a large event and advertised blueberry one and didn’t have it avail but guess that happens when it’s popular as they said. Overall decent to stop in for a drink.

Went to Absolem Cider Company for the first time and had a wonderful time. We had the best cider we’ve ever had. We got the Spur, which is a smoky cider and tastes amazing. If you enjoy Mezcal, this is for you. We also drank the Ronin, Off the Beaten Path, Roses Red, and Groundwork. The Ronin has pears in it and was a second favorite. Roses Red is apple cider mixed with red wine and it was sweeter than the others, this is one of my husband’s favorites.

I was surprised to find a few Belgium lambics stocked, apparently per their Facebook, they had an event back in July that featured a bunch of lambics for a film festival. Lambics are almost a cross between beer and wine and can be made with fruit.

They had six different bottles available to buy to go. We brought the Roses Red and Bembel home.

The space is very open both inside and outside with a lot of seating available. There are disc golf nets for practice. While they only sell snacks, dried meats and cheeses, they routinely have visiting food services like The MaAd Egg and Wicked Thai Food and it was a great experience to be able to get a full meal with our cider. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we plan on coming back again.

Fun venue. Great cider and beer selections. Mixed cocktails are incredible. Live music on the weekends. Hotdogs and hamburgers cooked to order on the grill.

Legitimately can’t believe how cool it was, on a farm in Winthrop. What a vibe. Just go. Something for everyone. Dogs, families, chickens, disc golf, food trucks, music.

Folks behind the bar were excited to show off their selection. Dozens of imported Belgians along with many saisons from Oxbow, etc. IPAs from Treehouse and Otherhalf on draft, who knows what else, I only have so much time. They have hidden gems in the cooler not on the menu. Just tell them what you like and you will be surprised.

Also they create their own ciders from local sources and heirloom varieties. Unique yeasts and mixed fermentations. I don’t know much about cider but if they know half as much about cider as they do beers, I’m sure it’s fantastic.

Way to go. Thanks for giving us something great. Can’t wait to go back
