Just stopped by here for dinner at our favorite halfway point from LA to the Bay bc I was craving seafood and we were not disappointed! Food was so fresh and amazing! We were a little worried when we saw that they weren’t busy… but they sure surprised us. Waitress was very friendly.
We ordered the oysters, seafood pasta, seafood boil, fish and chips, and the bone in ribeye. Everything was amazing! Especially the steak. We’ve been having a lot of bad experiences with steak at the restaurants lately and this one was thick and cooked to perfection. Medium rare and perfectly savory! Hubby and kids said this is there’s newest favorite spot in pismo. Check them out.

All the food was great, wife had the scallops & pasta and I had the ribeye. We sat on the back “covered” patio and enjoyed the meal. We also had the grilled oysters. Very good and we will come back

This place was great! We got there a bit after 6 on a Saturday but luckily was able to get a party of 9 seated right away. We each ordered something different (got pictures of most of them) and they were all good! Waitress was very attentive, bathroom was clean, and food was good…what else can you ask for? Yes, a bit pricey, but portions were good with plenty of seafood in each dish.

We had such an amazing meal! We got the Cajun scallop pasta and the Cajun seafood boil and both were absolutely delicious. The pasta was super creamy and the scallops were cooked perfectly. The cajun seafood boil was so flavorful, and all the seafood was just right. Our waitress, Angel, was seriously the sweetest–so kind and really took care of us. The staff overall was super friendly and welcoming. We ended with the mango soufflé and it was the perfect sweet treat to finish the night. We left so happy! We’ll definitely be back and will for sure recommend this spot to friends.

Small independent restaurant. Good food, service, and back patio. Moderately priced for seafood. Somewhat lacking ambience in the main seating area but patio is better. Seafood is fresh and well executed in preparation. Sometimes closed for no apparent reason and check with the server about some dishes if you have dietary restrictions because they don’t always list all the ingredients on the menu. For example the shrimp tacos have cheese that is not shown on the menu. Overall a quality seafood restaurant that is not overly fancy, pretentious, or expensive.

We came here the Friday before Easter, and wow—it was chaos (through no fault of theirs). We called ahead and were quoted a 45-minute wait, but by the time we arrived around 6:30 PM, the place was packed. A power outage in downtown Pismo had rerouted the hungry masses to nearby restaurants, and this spot got hit hard.
We ended up waiting nearly two hours to be seated. I’m not docking points for that because the situation was out of their control—but the host staff kept saying “20 more minutes” multiple times when it clearly wasn’t true, which made it feel more frustrating. There were quite a few open tables on the patio, too, so I’m guessing the staff just wasn’t prepared for that level of crowd. Totally understandable… but still, rough.
Once we were seated, the food came out surprisingly fast—and it was delicious. I’m a fry fanatic, and theirs were fresh, crispy perfection. I tried the “dirty fries,” but probably wouldn’t get them that way again—not enough garlic punch for all those visible garlic bits. The fried spicy shrimp? Massive, lightly breaded, and so good. But the real winner? The shrimp ceviche. It was more raw than I’m used to, but hands down the best-tasting ceviche I’ve ever had. Super fresh with an amazing balance of flavors.
I wanted dessert, but by then it was already after 9 PM and we were toast.
The inside of the restaurant is small and cozy, while the patio is a little roomier and beautifully decorated. I’d absolutely come back—preferably not during a holiday weekend apocalypse—to try more of the menu.

Very friendly staff… food was very good except the portobello mushroom appetizer really missed the mark. The flavors didn’t jive well. We mentioned this to our server and they were nice to remove it from the check. The food timing could be improved as the entrees arrived at different times. Lobster roll was a good value and the cocktail sauce was a hit.

Y’all this was an extraordinary meal. I 10 out of 10 recommend. The oysters in parmesan garlic butter and the Rockefeller were soooo yummy. The Cajun seafood boil was also very tasty. The micheladas are also very well made. I will definitely come back!
Also, the keylime pie is was very decadent. Perfect ending to our meal.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The outsides Blue, of course. Walk inside, you see a beautiful chefs kitchen. You’re greeted by the friendly staff. The menu is loaded with amazing dishes. We started with half a dozen oysters and crab cakes. Both were awesome. I highly recommend them. Main dish, I had the Sea Bass, and my wife had the salmon stuffed with crab. It went well with the J Lohr Chardonnay. We’ll go back on our next trip to the coast. Tell Jackie hello for us.

Too quality fresh seafood, as good as it gets. I highly recommend getting oysters, really great and fresh. Either traditional or they go a fun signature where they top them with shrimp ceviche, both were fantastic options. The cioppino is also great, again because of the fresh high quality of the seafood they use. Will go back again.
