Had the rib tips and rib tips/chicken combo. The meat was well seasoned. I had a sample before sauce and it can definitely stand on it’s own. The sides weren’t that great for me. However, my niece really liked them. I guess I’m a little picky. The beans were a little too sweet and the I didn’t like the cheese in the mac n cheese.

I Placed my order over the phone and was told it is an up charge for double potatoes salad when you get two sides with the plate anyway; however, I was glad I did not get the double potatoe salad because it was runny and the potatoes were undercooked. The elbow noodles for the mac n cheese were over cooked. The rib tips I ordered were pretty good. I ordered cake and I can definitely go with out that as well. This was my first time and last time going.

Ok I never leave reviews regardless if it’s good or bad but this hidden restaurant needs to be acknowledged! The service was the best customer service ever!!! The owner and staff is very very friendly, down to earth, and just all around the great personalities. Black owned soul food restaurant with great customer service, which to me is hard to find. Will def be coming back and a forever customer. So glad I finally went into the restaurant and can’t wait to get home and stuff my belly!

We got the rib tips plate. Delicious. If you like smoky flavor with your BBQ that speaks for itself without the need for much sauce, this is the place for you. I’m not a huge smoky flavor over all else person but still thoroughly enjoyed this and will be back.

I agree with some of the other reviews. The ribs were good. The green beans tasted like they came out of a can, the potato salad was full of sugar, and the mac n cheese did not taste like it had no cheese but some other product in it. I am not sure what kind of cheese it was made with but it was pretty bad. The potato salad was not edible because it was too sweet.

Got there an hour for closing and let me tell you consistency is the key. Music was jamming i love love love that! Usually the person up front greets you. I dislike that some places you have to say get there early. I ordered online and got there my bag was tied up like take it got to my car opened it up to see dried macaroni that i paid extra for and man it messed me up! I did not go in cause it was raining not trying to mess my hair up ⬆️ tried the ribs and it tastes like lighter fluid wellppp 13 dollars down but no repeat customer. So disappointed because I have been there before but mann that one time means everything! The bread was good please i can’t reiterate this have your front people open the container to show us what we getting dont knot the stuff up! everything went to waste Im not getting sick. TASTE OF HEAVEN MAKE THIS MAKE SOME KIND OF SENSE????
