TEXANs in GA – This is our spot for ribs! The food is consistently delicious – I’ve been a few times. The people are friendly and professional. I’ve been searching for true BBQ – meaning smoked for hours, not baked. You will see and smell the smokers smoking from the parking lot. The smokey flavor of the ribs dances on your taste buds with every delectable bite. The ribs have a nice smoke ring and are tender and juicy. The mac and cheese tastes like someone’s southern granny made it. The collards are perfectly seasoned. The potato salad was slightly more liquid than I’m used to, but it had a nice flavor and I would order it again. This place is all hits, no misses. Definitely my new go to for BBQ.

Placed a large order that included a turkey wing plate. Everything was great except for the turkey wing plate and the overcooked mac and cheese. The mac and cheese has excellent flavor but the noodles were overcooked. For the turkey plate, I’ve never ordered a turkey wing plate with chunks of turkey vs. a turkey wing. The overall experience was disappointing.

This place was amazing, very cozy and welcoming. It feels like you’re dining at a family friend’s place. The inside could have been a bit cleaner but it’s definitely comfortable to eat in. The staff were friendly and warm welcoming. I chose a table then went out to my car to grab something, when I came back the food didn’t even take five minutes to arrive. They are definitely quick. The menu isn’t more than twelve options but it’s a strong pick. They do their selection well and everything is excellent! Theres plenty of seating inside and out in the back they smoke their meat fresh. The meat was juicy and tender and you could taste the smokiness upon first bite. All their sauces are home made and pair well with the meats and sides. The owner was there and enthusiastically greeted us. He’s a really nice man and I’m glad to be doing him business. The entire establishment is a 10/10 my family and I are definitely coming back! (Just found out they have a special weekend menus with oxtails, smoked turkey wings, collard greens, and cornbread. Will be returning this Saturday!)

Because I’ve only heard great this about this rib joint I had to see for myself. Today I tried it for the first time myself and my staff all loved it. We all gave it two thumbs up and 1000 out of 10 stars. The Owner definitely knows his craft. The sides were well seasoned and tasteful The barbecue rib tips and the barbecue slabs were succulent.. If you are looking for a great family style dining setting, I strongly encourage you to check out A’Taste of Heaven Rib Shack, you will not be disappointed. OMG so Sunday after church my wife and I went to this place because of the Food Stalker. We wanted to eat in but when got there they were about I was kinda bummed out because we couldn’t eat in. I didn’t mention anything to the staff however the end up putting some extra food with order that made me feel a lot better lol. Now let’s get to the good. This food was so good. I had been telling my wife that wanted some yams but every where we gone in the past the yams looked light skinned lol and didn’t taste good. The yams here were perfect. The ribs were so good ( Shane you need to take lessons IYKYK lol). The food was absolutely delicious. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely be going back. PS I don’t normally do reviews.

OMG! I stumbled upon this place & when I say I am glad I found this place. When I pulled up, there was a house to my right and a food truck to my left. The food truck was a vegan food truck. They had many different options and a line as well. I was welcomed by two beautiful & cheerful ladies who helped me decide what to pick. They also offered me a sample of the rib tips & it definitely was appreciated. I ordered the rib tips & chicken with mac & cheese and baked beans. I also added a sausage. I definitely enjoyed my food and will be returning.
-Rib Tips: 10/10 PERFECT
-Chicken: 9/10 fall off the bone; juicy; flavorful
-Sausage: 3/10 I know this sounds crazy, but I don’t like burnt sausages, but I know it’s a hit among others
-Mac & Cheese: 9/10 big scoop; full of cheese; flavorful
-Baked Beans: 5/10 weren’t nasty, but wasn’t the best; had a cinnamon taste to them
-Sauce: 10/10 came with more than enough, but it was so good I should’ve got extra just to have

This is my new rib spot. Love the food. I had ribs, tips, bbq beans, mac-n-cheese and everything was perfect. It wasn’t busy and there was a friendly young lady behind the counter. Food came out quick and I was on my way. The prices are reasonable. Thanks for the great food. Next time I’ll post a photo.

My grandfather won a world rib championship when I was growing up so I am especially picky about BBQ… this is Officially my BBQ spot now. The rib tips were amazing great smoke, perfect char and the sauce was good. The Arnold Palmer tea was sublime, and don’t get me started on the Mac n cheese. I am excited to try more of the menu. Go ahead do yourself a favor and get a plate! The staff was so polite and upbeat. She even helped suggest food! Will eat here again for sure!
