OK, so it looks questionable from the outside and the inside isn’t a palace either. No worries, that’s not what I was looking for, just a quick lunch. We got waited on pronto, got our food almost even faster. Not huge portions, didn’t want one anyway. My hot sausage with fried onions, spicy mustard, tomato and lettuce on nice toasted whole wheat bread couldn’t have tasted better! The bill was like nothing. Just the place I need for a quick lunch and close to other places I was needing to go too! btw, kitchen looked really clean – no food or junk laying around, good plastic protector wall against those coming in.

I had the grilled chicken. It was dark grey, rubbery and obviously rotten meat. I gave it back. I sincerely couldn’t even chew it. Waitress offered to replace and I declined out of fear I could easily get food poisoning from this place. I didn’t even ask for my money back. I was so disgusted. I rarely write bad reviews but this is the exception.

Don’t know where $11 comes from for 2 dogs and 2 fountain drinks. Certainly not the menu. Could there be any less chili, not possible. I know these are newish owners so ignore all the good words from time past. On a good note they did get us out fast as we needed

If you want straight-ahead diner food, eggs and bacon and toast and pancakes without having some jagoff put an avocado on it and charge 20 bucks this is the place near city hall. Prices are fair, food well prepared, and it is clean.

Use to love this place. Went there today with 4 others. Found a hair in the pancakes . Quietly let them know and the waitress went berserk and started screaming it’s not mines which it clearly was. Never going back so dissatisfied and disappointed.

This place is a gem. Breakfast all day and great dogs as well. Don’t even get a menu. The waitress knows. She hasn’t recommended a cheesesteak for me yet, but they look great. I’ve had eggs, dogs, fries and every time it’s been different and great. Leave a big tip on an inexpensive check.
