This review is strictly regarding the food, not the service which was average (nothing spectacular, but nothing bad either). I arrived home to eat my salad and cannot believe this was $13!!! Where is the rest? The container is half full. Its full of thin tortilla strips, dried beans and a few mandarin oranges. I understand food cost are higher but this is just a SCAM. The taste was average at best, i should have stuck with my Fuji Apple with Chicken.

I have been a Panera fan for years but find my myself eating there less and less, and eventually I’ll be done altogether.

I expect more from Panera, this Berry Yogurt Parfait is priced at $5.79 and the quality has dropped significantly, I do not like my strawberries swimming in brown slop.

I fell in love with the food and atmosphere had never dined in before and I was mind blown form how delicious this place is and a lot of variety to chose from. Used to always carry out but my whole experience dining in was over the top. Comfort food for sure. If you’re in the area or close to a Panera hands down you better check them out. No argument there it’s my new go to place

I tried this location this past weekend and ordered my usual the you pick two sandwiches and salad. My sandwich was hot and fresh, and my salad was crispy and fresh! The service was straight to the point and friendly, and the restaurant was clean. I will definitely be back when in this area.

I enjoy Panera generally, but this location needs better attention by the operators of the store. The tables were mostly worn and dirty with crumbs on the floor and tables. Thankfully I was able to go sit outside instead. The order taker unfortunately acted as if I was taking up her time. I had to repeat my phone number several times, only to get a blank stare back. I was going to order a meal with coffee, but her lack of interest in doing business with me made me decide to get just coffee only. The coffee here was delicious but then I encountered the messy and worn dining area I discussed above. Disappointed with Panera!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Was visiting family in Raleigh and we went to Panera for dinner after a long day. We got a “to go” order. Before leaving, we checked to make sure all of the components were there – a soup was missing but they gave it to us and we were on our way. We get home and I open my Fuji Apple Chicken Salad and it contained a bunch of mixed greens, ONE walnut, NO apple chips, ONE cherry tomato and ONE piece of onion. I immediately called the store to complain and asked for a refund because I was not driving all the way back to Panera for a replacement. I think I spoke with a manager who was named Jim. He said “I’ll talk to my staff about the salad.” Really? He was unable to process a refund via telephone after being given my receipt number, card number, etc. He told me to come into the store the next day (uh, a BIG inconvenience) to get a refund. I asked him for the name of the manager I should speak to the next day. He said, “oh I’ll put a note in the group chat so the manager will know.” Uh, no – give me someone’s name to refer to when I get to the store. He could not/would not. Absolutely RUINED my dinner. My sister then had to cut up veggies to put into a salad I’d just paid for. I spent alot of money for the meals and I should be reimbursed for the ruining of my family meal experience. I only visit my family ONCE a year in Raleigh and the LAST thing I want to do is chase down a refund from Panera. I frequent Panera ALOT in the Washington, DC area and I am used to SERVICE. I want a gift card for my entire purchase. Yep, I’m reaching out to corporate. This was totally unacceptable.

Christopher was extremely helpful and friendly today. I forgot my glasses and he helped me enter my gift card in The kiosk.

Joshua made my order with a smile and was super polite and friendly as well. The you pick 2 was delicious and this is a great location for soups and sandwiches!

3 strikes! I really wanted an everything bagel on this chilly morning. So I get in the car drive up Glenwood pull through to Panera’s drive thru window. But they have it closed up and only for mobile pickup. I go in and ask about it and was told it would require staffing. I order the bagel and ask to have it heated and buttered. I’m told they don’t butter it. Ok whatever. I go and wait for it and I’m told that they have no everything bagels. What a disappointment!

I came to this store for coffee and the coffee drums are empty. When I asked the store people after they are making and ask me to wait 4 mins for brewing time. This is not good for panera to wait customer just for coffee in winter time.
Store manager or district manager please take look on it and give better serve to customer.

Since relocating from New York, I have not had a decent bagel. Raleigh is known for biscuits, not bagels. I had a hard time finding somewhere to fulfill my craving. I was desperate and ordered from Panera but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my lunch. I decided on a everything bagel toasted with chive/onion cream cheese and paired it with a Mediterranean bowl with avocado for lunch.

It arrived packed to perfection with fresh ingredients. My bagel was super fresh and one of the better everything bagels I’ve had with not a lot of salt and toppings crumbling off. My salad is excellent. Fresh veggies and ripe avocado. I will definitely return to dine in.
