This Shake Shack location is top-tier. The facility was spotless, my order was ready in a timely manner, and the food was delicious as always. However, what really stood out during this visit was the exceptional service.
I want to give a huge shout-out to Sam, who was behind the counter. Even while visibly training, he was radiating positivity and clearly took so much pride in his work and the company. He was incredibly friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. It’s rare to see that level of enthusiasm and dedication—he is a clear standout on the team and I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s already in a management role or on his way there.
Kudos to Sam for making it a great experience! I truly hope the company recognizes the value he brings to the Eatontown location. I’ll definitely be back.

Food was hot, cooked properly, and tasty. I missed whipped cream and they full up milkshake more then expected without complaining. Great customer service.

Shake Shack is always on point but, I need to take a second and express how amazing this staff is. My Uber Eats driver brought me a shovel (yes a shovel) instead of my burger. I called to see what actually happened to the burger. That will remain a mystery however, the manager told me to come down and they’d make me fresh one. On top of being extremely pleasant and accommodating, they made a surprise one for my dog!! These guys are great and deserve to be applauded!

The burgers are incredible! We had the Shack burgers and a BLT, and both were delicious. That said, we saw a bunch of tables that were dirty (most of them in fact) and the place just felt run down.

Absolutely Amazing fresh burgers, Top Tier customer service and atmosphere was MINDBLOWING. it was my first time and i loved it. A real place with real food, it’s worth the price. The 1 hour 30 minutes drive was worth it.

unfortunately a disappointment. Order 2 DOUBLE SMOKESHCK , as it is healthier. However, only one hamburger came for each, we asked to return it because it was not what was requested and when they brought it to us again, it came with the hamburque that was supposed to be natural, it came soaked in oil with the bread also soaked in oil, the whole tray with excess oil. Also came the past lettuce and off-white tomato that’s because we added it to our order. Unfortunately I won’t be back to this place it seemed to be very good but it was disappointing I left without eating because the first bite the oil dripped on my hands. 50$ dollars for a potato and a juice everything I ate in this place

people were being very disrespectful and none of the workers did anything about it. The atmosphere was definitely not enjoyable and the service was very slow. Would not recommend going here if you like dirty tables and loud atmospheres over all the food was very good.
