What a joke. Whoever was the manager on 11/21/25 at 11a should at the very least be retrained. Just becouse its busy does not give you a reason to put out bad quality food! We pay a premium price for this food and expect quality. I recommend anybody who goes there to inspect your food before you walk away with it.

P.S the fryer is automatically designed to produce the best fries for the customer, when you bypass the controls it just makes for a limp, half cooked fry.

Crap is what you served and then expect to be paid for that lack of managerial skill.

I placed a curbside order when I got there it would not let me choose a spot and told me there was a error but I was charged I pull up and told the first guy what happend he told me to pull up to the first window same thing last window same thing then was told to come inside the woman that was helping me was acting as if I was making fuss about it and was very rude after getting my food I go back out to my car and checked my food and then was told I had to move by another employee I called cause low and behold my food was wrong I wanted my money back and the manager told me no and hung up I called back asking for the manager this time it was a male saying he was the manager I asked for a name because I was going to call in the morning refused to give me a name and told me he dident have to. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE

I wish I wouldn’t have stopped today not only did I have increasingly long wait times over 12 minutes just sitting in drive-through stock, but did I get greeted with the rudest person taking payment. Once I finally placed my order that I had to repeat several times because the young lady Could not understand anything I was saying, I had shrugged it off, hoping that it was an equipment issue…. Getting to the window to give payment I sat there for another five minutes and finally when I scooted up, she opened the window just enough to stick her hand out and I asked her are you taking payment or am I going to the next window she Rudely replied, I’m taking payment! Then proceeded to have me wait two more minutes and then instead of asking me for my card, she added me the card reader. After going through that ordeal, I’m now sitting and drive-through reserve parking number three waiting for my order. I think I’ve been here for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, I’m watching people leave lines and see the people that are parked next to me. Very aggravated and frustrated. Even having a conversation with a gentleman next to me! Sharing our frustration. Ridiculously concerning. I hope the operator/owner corrects this issue.

Wonderful experience, ive notice with the new store manager the service is faster and food quality is much better! Hes very fast and ive seen him bounce around spot to spot helping his employees so the make sure us customers are getting good quality food.

They took away the drink dispenser and when you ask for a refill they throw your cup away and give you a new one. Wasteful. Napkin dispenser is also gone. Ordered a sandwich and it was missing onions. Had to wait over 10 minutes to get acknowledged and when I said the issue she opened the box, lifted the bun to see if I’m lying. She then took the sandwich to the back and added the onion and handed my now cold sandwich back. Unacceptable

They gave me egg mcmuffins with the English muffins not even toasted they were dry and not warm. I asked for mayo they said they didn’t have any….man at counter was clearly having a bad day and got snippy when he repeated my order and told him 3 times I needed 2 sausage biscuits! This was the first time I’ve ever been to this location and will not be back!

Our main reason for the visit was the indoor playground which did not disappoint! My boys loved the multi level amusement. However, beyond that everything was less than desirable.

Ordering kiosk- clean, easy to use, but no reference or sight of the table number. Turns out it was hidden behind the counter, where no employees were working.

Food/timeline- ordered two happy meals and a snack wrap meal. Order to delivery, 18 minutes. The food did miss special instructions annotated on order and receipt and none of the new gold sauce was added or provided as advertised. No worries, I’ll ask the employee at the counter. Only there was no employee at the counter ever. Actually 5 employees rushed by me to take carry out orders so I waited patiently and stopped the 6th employee as the first five didn’t seem to notice the 6ft 200 guy at the counter. Finally, soft drinks were not available due to some mechanical issue so I believe what I had was homemade lemonade.

I will note that all of the employees were super friendly in customer interactions. Unfortunately, it took the customer to engage to get any help.

UPDATE: June 2019. I stopped in the middle of the day and staff was not very good. One lady cut in front of me and appeared to know the cashier. They talked for about 5 minutes before someone saw I was waiting and took my order at another register. That was very annoying to me.

I pass through on my way to Peoria frequently and this is the best McDonald’s along my route. I’ve fortunately never received an incorrect order and the staff is friendly. The store gets slightly behind during busy lunch times but I’ve never had an uncomfortably long wait. They’ve updated quite a bit but I wish it was kept a little cleaner. The pictures are from a late light visit on the weekend so I could understand after a large crowd why it would appear messy.
