I had ordered some food on the BK app, but failed to check my location. It got ordered at the BK close to I-10 & Walmart. I was picking up at the location close to Hwy 85 @ Hwy 90. Thankfully, the staff at both locations were helpful in getting my prepaid order sent to the correct store whereI was picking up. So, if you are using the app, make sure the location is correct, before finalizing the order.

The drive thru wasn’t busy. We were able to order right away. Once we ordered and pulled to the window and paid they made us pull up and wait for about 5 minutes before they brought our food to us. The food was hot and tasted good.

I loved my experience this afternoon. Daniel was at the counter and we were met with courtesy, respect and excellent service. The burgers were delicious and it was well dressed without us having to ask. Met the manager Ian and it was very pleasant experience. We will definitely patronize this store again REALLY SOON!!!

Not sure when it became acceptable to false advertise and then substitute other items without communicating with the customer. I bought my lunch and purchased a kids meal, 2 actually. No toy in the kids meal and substitute a kings crown which is already sitting on every table in the room. I question that and I’m told “nope that’s the toy.” I pointed at SpongeBob on the menu and I get “yeah we are out of them.” How about communication? You might get my money still. Instead don’t expect my business ever again at any burger king. If your to lazy to do your job then stay home.

Ordered 2 hamburgers with no pickles. They came completely dry. No ketchup or mustard. Burger patties old and dry as hell. Also waited almost 10 mins to just order then another 15 to get the food. Not impressed.

I was asked to pull forward because they were making my fries “fresh” yet as soon as I was given the bag I opened it and the fries are room temp. This is the 3rd time I’ve gone to this location every time their slow and snippy with me.

Customer service is poor, I did a survey on the receipt I was not aware of the purchase of a soda and fries to get the survey burger the heavy set female afro american 605pm Wednesday refused to do the right thing and get my business. Businesses like these its why they look poorly maintained and many are closing like McDonald’s and that’s why I continue weekly to give my business to chick fila anytime. Ordered through DoorDash, found hair on my sandwhich. Called to tell manager to see if they could possible remake my food and the manager (Christina or Santina – couldn’t really hear) told me she couldn’t do anything about it since it was a door dash order and stated how she didn’t know how hair got in my food NEVER once apologized or offered to make it right.
