Their staff is worthless, truly a waste of space. The incompetence is undeniable. I bought 5 beefy potato grillers, nachos and fiesta potatoes. Got home and discovered they forgot to put the 5 griller burritos in the bag. Tacobell helpline refused to be any help. Remember these are the people that argue to raise minimum wage. Their minimum skill and minimum effort and drive let you know all you need to know. Workers like this deserve the bare minimum pay.

Not sure why I keep returning to be honest but see pics for my latest experience. Maybe they thought they were saving me time by putting an open sauce container in the bag – at least all my food came out pre-drenched. Except they didn’t – only their wraps did. So I’m just left with a giant mess I won’t even taste. love that. Last time we were there, the cashier didn’t realize we could hear him talking about my husband’s “weird” order to his coworker – still managed to get it wrong . Wont lie though, we love ordering from here off Uber Eats because we can always count on them to mess up the order which always gets us free items – can’t imagine how this plays stays in business.

I had an error in my order and the staff fixed it right away while being very polite and friendly. Food is always delish! Love the ordering kiosks. Sometimes the dining room is messy, but nothing crazy.

Currently sitting in the drive thru. This place is supposed to be open at 9 am. When I pulled up to the loud speaker, I was told that I had to wait 5 min before they open. It’s now 9:30 am! I ordered through the app. Lady just came over the speaker again and I told her that I have a mobile order. I was asked my name in a very rude way, and then was pretty much ordered to “pull up”. I’ve never felt this level of disrespect at a restaurant in my life! I absolutely WILL be calling corporate because she needs to be fired! She can deny it all she wants but I have evidence from my dash cam that will say otherwise! I just got my food and after I asked for her name, she asked why, and I said I was just curious and she refused and slammed the window on me! If they were wearing name tags as they should be, I wouldn’t have to ask. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE and I was here religiously! Food was horrible too!

Walked in for dinner on a Thursday night. Bathroom had an odor and there was no hand soap which is a real NO for me. You and employees can’t wash your hands. No urinal in men’s room so you must wait for a stall. Ordered my meal by App but could never get it to work right. Manager informed me she had nothing to do with the App and didn’t know how to work it. Attitude was why are you here anyway? So I ordered from Kiosk and sat down. Man and wife gave me their second cup so I could get cold Pepsi. They just used one. 25 minutes later I finished my Pepsi and still had no food. Everyone else was waited on. My Mother went to the Counter at that point. They never received our order from the kiosk they said but I think they actually gave it to someone else. I refilled my Pepsi ice cold and left. I will never go back there if they give me free food. Manager actually was hostile to me while I was really pleasant at first before I left out. Ok lobby as the lobby worker apparently does know his job. Adios Amigos

This taco bell ALWAYS has issues. I either don’t get some of my order, it’s made incorrectly, the ingredients are old and cold, or it takes an insanely long time (or a combination of these). Tonight I went to try the new chalupa street tacos and they came with no onion cilantro mix, and just had literally 3 pieces of steak inside. The worst taco bell I’ve ever been to across 4 states.

I waited from 8:20 to 8:50 on the drive thru for this. I only got the food at 8:50 because I left my car parked in the drive thru and walked inside (when I came back out the drive thru hadn’t moved). Just don’t go here the tomatoes were rotten and the lettuce was rotten. My meal tastes like it looks. I’m genuinely afraid they are getting people sick here. Will never return.

The bathroom you can smell when you enter the establishment not food! The bathroom was horrible and the order was worse! The staff was standing around looking lost as if they were simply there to model their uniforms. It was difficult getting attention as they all appeared to be needed doing nothing.
In “Food Service” the bathroom and kitchen are a must to keep clean! Customers should not have to witness food on the floor and line. I worked in food service for four years and we were made to clean the line and floor as we went along. It’s a disturbing site to see trash in the kitchen when your food is being prepared. The food looked and taste like the experience.
Everyone should have allocated assignments to make sure that those things are constantly taken care of. That’s a part of good leadership which seems to be absent in this place. It is my hope these areas are taken more seriously when preparing other’s meals. Anything else is unacceptable!

First my order was wrong, I had to drive all the way back there. I ordered the 3 Doritos Locos Nacho….it’s Taco shell with air and disappointment. Didn’t someone recently sued this? I might need their lawyer, because this is absurd!!
