I frequent this subway almost every Thursday and Friday as I work in the same shopping center on those days. I purchase a new drink cup in the morning, and come back for more water 2-3 times during the day. This has gone on for months without any issues or complaints from employees. I have avoided complaining about the high turnover and low quality service thereby, but today when I went in for my water refill, I was rudely told that once I left the “establishment” I could no longer refill my drink cup.

I wish this establishment actually trained its new employees instead of letting them smother subs in sauce and poorly wrap them, forcing them to stick their hand in sauce in their bag to retrieve their lunch.

I wish that their subs were cut well and didn’t fall apart in the middle of eating them and soak my desk in sauce and juice.

I wish that I could refill my cup, that I purchased today, with water, after not actually leaving the establishment that this subway is located in.

I wish I didn’t walk in and see new employees with their masks pulled down breathing onto the food.

I wish they actually changed gloves when they touched other things, like cash registers, instead of rinsing off their gloves and drying them and returning to touching food.

I wish there were some semblance of uniformity.

I usually have a good experience with this Subway. It’s gone downhill in the last few months. It’s more convenient for me to place pick up orders since I don’t have time to go in and wait. Their online ordering is always turned off making it appear in the app as “closed” I’ve mentioned this to a worker and nothing has changed. They would have more business if online ordering was an option.

The 2 kids working at this store were more concerned about talking about SpongeBob than service or the cleanliness of the store. There was food all over where the sandwiches are made the drink machine has slimy residue everywhere and I had to repeat my order 4 times because of the SpongeBob conversation. The employee said “my brain is like a 90’s dial up computer it’s slow”. Then the manager walks in and proceeds to join in on the conversation. I will not be back.

Ive been coming here for 2 years and this new crew just aint it. The meat was cut super thin and the guy gave me less veggies without asking to “make them all fit”. Idc if the sandwich closes im paying $8 for a 6 inch i want everything i can get.

Larger male with a limp walked out in the middle of making a sub during the lunch rush. Then what looked like the manager(older lady) was told he was leaving, she turned and yelled at her employee, that told her, saying she has her own job to do. The Hispanic woman is always a treat to talk to and the younger girl was working hard to make up for the loss of the male employee. Usually enjoy the location but this was unacceptable.

This place is full of miserable, sad employees who look like they hate their life. Half of them still manage to give good customer service and are friendly, the other half takes it out on customers.

The manager is a whole next level of bad. She argues and criticizes the staff in front of customers like it’s no big deal. She’s rude to customers as well. Extremely short with people, rolls her eyes, etc.

There’s understandably only so fast a Subway can be, but between 11-1 or so, this place is PACKED and utter chaos. Literally the line wraps around the whole store and out the door sometimes. You should expect a good 20-30 minute wait if you come during those times. No joke. It’s hot and muggy, and they lose staff members so quickly half of them aren’t trained enough to make food correctly. I’m constantly rearranging my subs because they think putting veggies on one side and sauce on the other is acceptable.

This place knows it’s one of the few options for lunch on base and doesn’t bother to correct the problems it has because they know people will still come here. If you have to come here, just be sure to do it after 1 or so.

My family and I will never attempt to eat or order anything from this Subway ever again. My son and I walked into the door and the young lady immediately picked up a bowl and walked to the back of the store without even given us the acknowledgement that she would be back to assist us. We waited and she didn’t return until we were about to walk out the door. Customer are the reason why you have a paycheck and if this is the type of people you have working for your establishment then you will continue to lose or busy.

Both times I’ve went here both the girls working were extremely rude and disrespectful. As soon as I walked in they rolled their eyes and when I started ordering my food she caught an attitude with me and raised her voice. Then I told her how I wanted my sub and she made the exact opposite just to make me mad and didn’t fix it when I asked her to politely. I don’t recommend going here unless you want your order wrong and your food served with a side of attitude. 0 stars for this subway, never had a problem like this anywhere else.

Food is good but don’t bother putting in an order for pickup. App said my order was ready and when I went in they hadn’t even started making it yet. Employee stated she doesn’t start making the order until the pickup time.
