Went to chipotle because i hadn’t been in almost a year and i was right by it. Ordered a simple chicken bowl with extra green tomatillo salsa, extra cheese, and extra sour cream. Got home. Had the wrong salsa and def no extra cheese or sour cream. Complained on the app to their little chatbot. It gave me a free drink for a messed up entree. Went back and asked for a remake. And the remake is worse than the original. This crazy and I think the remake still has incorrect salsa. Shoulda just kept the first one. The remake is sad. Hardly any meat or anything.

Aside from waiting for someone to come and take my order, I had a phenomenal meal here at this location.
Yes, I had to wait for someone to come take my order for several minutes. However, they gave me the biggest portion I have ever got from any chipotle and I’ve been at so many locations.

Lydia Ensured that the employees were serving the right amount of portions just being fair throughout the whole shift, whether she knew me or not. Jenithia was great with the customer service she noticed that I was on the phone with someone and let me continue my conversation but paid attention to what I wanted on my bowl. It’s still a Chipotle’ and the food was amazing. However I feel like all the other Chipotles hold this one to I higher standard so I compare this to the others. I felt like the kitchen wasn’t as clean as others. The same goes for the bathroom. The location is a bit hidden but it’s next to Dunkin donuts

This chipotle is always, and I mean always, out of the most basic of items. They never have chicken, they never have queso, and they will never tell you that they’re out of it until you’ve already ordered your food.
I absolutely love chipotle, but every time I go to this restaurant, it’s an absolutely awful experience. I genuinely hope that they can put single solitary person in there capable of ensuring that basic items are prepared when people order one of four possible menu options.

I have ordered food for my staff twice but never again. Both times they can’t find my order. My employee sat there for 45 minutes (each time I ordered)this time being told there is no order for Brian and then after 45mins a manger come out asks his name he says Brian and the manager hands him the order that’s been sitting there the whole time. Needless to say after sitting there ready for 45 mins I got my lunch an hour after it was supposed to be ready so it was cold. I then sat on hold for over 30 mins just for the guy to say he’s transferring me to a manager but I actually got transferred to their automated survey line instead I clearly gave them the rating they deserved. So I paid my employee to sit and wait 45 mins for food that was ready due to their incompetence. Some days I order for up to 10 employees but NEVER AGAIN
