Friendly and courteous service. Pretty weird seeing a toddler on someones shoulder behind the counter . Lots of liability issues there The restaurant was pretty much empty but it took 21.5 minutes to get our togo order. The girl at the counter was very respectful, friendly and courteous. Also they offer military discount. THANK YOU for support our troops. Highly recommending this location. Awesome job.

Portions are always smaller than expected. I had to ask for my drink at the drive thru and then they gave me the wrong drink! I’ve never had a completely satisfied visit to this BK.

Honestly not a big fan of Burger King, and this is the only one in Traverse City I will go to. I know a couple of the people who work here so I may get better service because of that. The best thing about this store is it is right on the TART trail, and a little south of there is Wood Creek with an outdoor playground and seating area with an ice cream parlor that you can walk to. Nice spot in the summer.

The several times I have been here, the staff has been friendly and the service is much, much faster than that other fast food place just up US 31. And it’s location right next to the TART is very convenient.

They were busy in drive thru and inside. Waited about 10 minutes to have someone take my order at the counter and another 20 minutes to get my food. Check the food before I left from inside and they forgot my burger and onion rings.
