They must have had problems with condiments getting stolen. The sweetener was not on the table and the A1 came out in a little cup instead of the bottle. The only issue was that we had to wait for silverware and it must have been hastily wrapped from the dishwasher because the napkin was damp. However, we got some extra napkins.

Food was terrible… barley edible. Menu prices do not reflect the charges on your bill….check your receipt folks mine was over charged by $10. Do not go here ! Staff is untrained and barely able to seat folks. Food is terrible.

Applebee’s for dinner. I was there for an early dinner, around 3:00 – 4:00 p.m
They are a bit short-staffed, so expect to wait just a bit longer to be greeted and seated, and to get your meal. Server was very friendly and attentive. I ordered Fiesta Lime Chicken. One of my favorites. It was perfectly cooked but could have used a bit more tortilla strips… could strip… due to the shipping shortages. Of course, I’ll be back. They are conveniently located, right past the Radford side of the Memorial Bridge, on the left, next to CVS.

This place should be torn down!
I sat in the bar area. It smelled like a combination of cigarette smoke, spilled beer and urine. Not like, in the air, rather coming up from the floor. It was so nasty.
I should have left but I was so hungry.
The food looked very unappetizing, almost like frozen food, and not much better than McDonald’s food. The fries were blah and appeared to be old and reheated.
The Corona was fantastic! But then again, in a bottle… thankfully. The lime however, dry and nasty.
Stay away!

Disappointed every time I go there. At this point I don’t know I keep coming here. I guess I believe in chance after chance. But after the 5th time coming here this year….not again. There is always a long time to be given a table, long time for order to be taken, forgotten appetizers, long time for food… and to be given a check. Also no the restaurant has never been packed. Every time I drive by this location it’s never busy either. Do NOT go here unless you have three plus hours to waste. Another note bring your own snacks while you wait for your food.

Ate lunch with my family, my food was on point 🙂 The onion rings were cooked perfect. Very crispy!! The waitress was friendly, and did a great job considering she was the only waitress on the floor. Will be back again at some point!!

We waited 35 minutes for a server without anyone saying a word to us when there was 1 other table that arrived when we did. They received a server within minutes however we were told nothing while the host just did laps around the empty restaurant. A group of 3 workers just watched us from the bar and after 40 minutes we just walked out. Usually a fun place to go but I’m guessing management dosent exist.

Our server was the host. She was great, running around doing multiple jobs. The other wait staff seemed more interested in talking then helping. All together food was good wait times are long since only one person seems to work. Management needs to let some people go who don’t want to work.
