I traveled from out of town and decided to give this fast food restaurant a try because they don’t have this chain restaurant in the state l live in. The curly seasoned fries were delicious and cook fresh, I ordered the number nine the Jacks Smash Burger Comb. The burger was good but a little over seasoned and it had cream based sauce on it. The buger tasted pretty good but I’ve better. I would give this restaurant another try and order the chicken sandwich.

Went in to pick up my mobile order didn’t get any type or greeting. How can I help you nothing? I asked if I could use the restroom and I was told it was not working, mind you there was no out of order signs on doors. Apparently you need a code to open the door and they wouldn’t give it to me as I went in as a customer not just to use the restroom. As I was given my food I had to give them my name and all they did was put my food on counter and didn’t say not one word. Won’t order or go there again.

It is not even 10pm. I have been knocking and ringing the door bell, trying to buy food for about 20 minutes. The restaurant closes at 10pm, it says drive thru is open 24 hours. The worker was a black lady named Mika or Makaila? We were told she doesn’t like to open the door after 8:30pm, and she locks and does not respond when people knock. It was such an unpleasant situation due to us being regulars because we live across the street. We had to go to Mcdonalds and they actually served us food, and were nice.

The door clearly stated that the doors are opened at 7am daily. It’s currently 40 degrees Fahrenheit and 9:30 am. We went today and The two women working upfront kept rudely motioning to the drive thru. There’s an apartment building behind this restaurant and we walk whenever we go there. This is the 3rd time this has happened and when we waited patiently they literally shrugged us off to our faces pointing at the drive thru again. It’s safe to assume that not everyone has cars and they aren’t following their own rules. Very unsatisfied.

Not bad for fast food. Hash browns were good and satisfying. Quite a large size. The breakfast sandwich was satisfactory. It was a nice sized portion but the sausage could have been more flavorful. Overall a nice quick bite to eat early in the morning. Service was a bit on the slow side but overall it was as I expected; not bad but not spectacular.

Both times I came here during my lunch break between 3 and 5 pm, the employees that took my order were incredibly friendly and welcoming! And the food was very fresh and had flavor! I will start coming here more often when I’m in the area! Bathroom and dining area were also very clean and well-kept.

I give the food 1 star. This is because when I got my supreme croissant it was cold, food was out of place, and it looked nothing on how it did in the menu. It was put on with no effort and no respect, and false advertising. Looked bomb but do not get it.i said cheese melted she didn’t even do it!

I was so disappointed since I love the sourdough Jack’s from here but this location got it wrong. This burger looked disgusting. The cheese looked as if was melted for far longer than make when you order. I received a hard old butt bread and some old-looking mayo. I dislike complaining but when it’s a must.
