We had a fantastic experience at Applebee’s, and it was all thanks to Alison. From the moment we sat down, she brought total boss vibes to the table—super confident, professional, and on top of everything.
Even though she was busy with other tables, we never felt neglected. She has this impressive ability to make you feel like you’re her only priority, giving focused attention to every single person. Our food was delicious, and she handled the entire order perfectly without a single mistake.

We came in during the late-night half-price appetizers and had such a great experience. The food was plentiful, delicious, and an amazing value for the price. Our waiter was incredibly kind and attentive, and our drinks came out quickly. We were especially impressed that the manager stopped by to check on us—you can really tell this location cares about taking care of their customers. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back again. We only wish this Applebee’s was closer to home!

My family and i had an amazing experience tonight! The manager mike was awesomely and very helpful! our server kk was phenomenal! Best service ever! My family and i could tell they were busy and somewhat short staffed, despite that and kk being busy she still payed close attention to us and provides us with everything we needed! 10/10 reccomended

I recently visited this restaurant and had a pleasant overall experience. The ambiance is inviting, and the presentation of the food is impressive. However, I feel there’s room for improvement when it comes to the menu. The descriptions are not very detailed or explanatory, which made it a bit challenging to understand some of the dishes and their ingredients. A more descriptive menu would greatly enhance the dining experience.
On the positive side, the staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of, which added a lot of value to our visit.
Overall, it’s a good spot with great potential, and with a few tweaks to the menu, it could be even better!

We might have had the best service tonight I’ve ever had at a restaurant and wanted to thank the manager Mike again. My husband and son came in for dinner and had Ali as our server and she was exceptional! My son is autistic and we never go anywhere without his bubble fidget toys. The manager Mike stopped by at first to welcome us and he must have noticed my son Jonah’s toys because about 2 minutes later, he returned with a bubble fidget toy for my son to have. Jonah was elated and my husband and I were just so thankful for him being so kind and attentive and brining such joy to our son. His smile was a mile wide and he got so excited every time Mike passed by again that night. We wanted to thank him again and will be doing so when we return because we absolutely love it at the West Chester Applebees!

Delicious and our waiter was quick and efficient and so nice to us he was also the bar tender the virgin Pina colada he made was soo good my hubby and I had burgers they were perfect thanks to the cook everyone we encountered was kind and very friendly the manager was present and making rounds i thought that was grat! Now we are on our way down the road but we will stop back through real soon until then thanks for a awesome lunch applebees

My takeout order was chicken fingers with French fries and a large coleslaw. The French fries were so over seasoned they were almost inedible. Ketchup helped. Since when are regular fries seasoned like that? The coleslaw was small and I asked for large. I’ve gotten a large before so I know it’s possible. Did you change the coating recipe on the chicken fingers? Because my husband wasn’t thrilled. I had the chicken wonton appetizer which was good. I’m sad to say this was a very disappointing meal.

Took my grandson for his birthday we both ordered the OM cheeseburger it was fantastic so delicious our waiter Don was fantastic we had the best time they were short staffed but that didn’t stop Don from being the best waiter ever at West Chester Pa. Loved it really enjoyed our lunch thanks Don you did a fantastic job. Everything was perfect

One of the better run Applebees out there. Staff is always friendly and working hard. Management always present and checking in and being proactive about anything. Great place to grab a few drinks or dinner
