This taco bell is truly the best on in the area, none of the others compare to the quality of food and service that the employees at this location offer. The employees are always very nice at this location, and they never fail to get my order correct. Other taco bell’s in the area like the auburn one will forget my sauces and minor things like that which lower the quality of my experience, but this one always gets it correct. The food is always fresh and delicious. The employeee all deserve a raise for providing this good service that never fails! Not to mention the prices are really good here, and they always have the luxe cravings box available on the app.

The most consistent and best taco bell in the area. Always efficient, too – no matter if you’re inside, in the drive thru, or ordered online. One time I subbed a regular taco in my Luxe Box for regular soft shell with potatoes and they included the sauce for the spicy potato soft taco lol (which i love)!!

I really want to like this location because it’s so close to my house but they purposely make it where you can’t order things off the menu with the app and in person they tell you things aren’t available. Like what do you mean I can’t get the new items? I can’t get a potato soft taco? I don’t care about the long wait times because I feel like that means they are cooking my food to order, but then they don’t even really acknowledge me as a human being at all. I always say hello and thank you and I get nothing but a window closed. It’s really unfortunate.

I was a bit skeptical to eat here since I never seen a taco bell with such a low rating. Once I arrived there it was nothing like what I expected. the employees were adamantly quick and were very kind. Not to mention the 100 food grade score. The inside was very clean and even smelt like whatever cleaning product they used. The food was well packaged and tasted as any taco bell does. I don’t know why the rating is so low, I eat taco bell weakly and have even all over atlanta in other locations and seen much worse than what this review score claims.

This place could be so much more. It’s in a great location with some of the best fast food available. They fall short in every category though. Hours are speratic, sometimes they are closed for no reason. The food can be good sometimes. If you use the drive through it will be wrong. Sometimes they don’t have KFC and sometimes it’s taco bell they aren’t serving. The franchise owner must not care to much about this location. It could be amazing and make double to triple if the business is ran correctly.

Truly abhorrent. We waited for 30 literal minutes in the drive through with no way out. People HONKING toward the end. THEN no apology at the window. The taco bell half of the order was fine the KFC side was dry and had clearly been sitting out for a while, not to mention the size of the tenders were small. They forgot the sauce but at that point why bother. I can understand being under staffed but this was just poor management and careless disrespect.

This is my second attempt at ordering the Mexican pizza at this location since it’s been back out, I just waited 20 minutes in drive thru paying just about $20 as well for my order to look like it had been thrown in the box. My pizza is over cooked, no cheese on it just drowned in red sauce the center of my pizza there was a tiny scoop of beef and no beans?! I asked for no sour cream on my side tacos and all you see opening the taco is sour cream spilling out my taco, my chicken quesadilla was basically just an over cooked tortilla, my whole order was disappointing, I will not give this location another dime!

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this Taco Bell! I live 3 miles away and we frequent this location! I door dash it to work with my boss and my quesadilla is nasty! Pics below! This never happens when I go through the drive through! Not happy seeing I and many other ppl pay EXTRA to door dash!
