Farmhouse (Breakfast) Bagel sandwich fairly good. Cheese a bit cold, bacon was not soft or warm (pre cooked?) overall ingredients awesome, but overall Sandwich didn’t have the breakfast warmth or hot. Tasty though.

DISGUSTING!!!! This location needs to be shut down. They consistently put rotten, slimy expired lettuce in their sandwiches while they charge $15.00 for absolute filth. They don’t care about quality and they don’t care about their consumer’s health. Anybody that puts obviously rotten food items for their consumer’s consumption should be fired on the spot. This is consistent and they must be doing it on purpose to get rid of their low quality, expired products. This location has had horrible reviews. SHUT THEM DOWN!! SOMEBODY IS GOING TO GET ILL. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! This is how e coli and listeria is spread, through disgusting places like this. If you value your health – DO NOT EAT HERE. Oh and apparently their phone system has been down for two years now. Every time – oh, our system is down. You bet it is, sweetheart. The whole company looks like it’s down bad. Get rid of them.

I enjoy going to this Einstein Bagel. The star is always so friendly, Jamie has helped me the last few times and she is always so kind. If you are ever in need of a good breakfast, the sandwiches are delicious. Also, the Vanilla Hazelnut Coffee is phenomenal!

Ordered online before heading to the store. Waited a bit longer than what the estimated time frame for the order to get done, not a big deal as long as the food is correct! Got our food 25 minutes later. I have only been to this location once before a long time ago. This time around NOT GREAT!! We got home, none of the bagels were sliced as requested and they substituted a bagel without knowledge, we found this out once we got home to eat. I called and told them one of the bagels was wrong and the associate said we can refund or you can come in and get it replaced. While on the phone with them I quickly asked my daughter if she wanted to back right away and the associate said right after “well we don’t have anymore of those.” So that right there told me they purposely put in a different kind! Had they just asked or told us when we went for pickup the whole situation would be different. I prefer honesty rather than just doing that. Pretty bad service on their part!! Also while there as I said before, I’ve only been there once before so I did not know none of the bagels came with a side of cream, so I asked if any cone with cream and I got a snarky response of “Well did you order it?” Really, it was a question so if not I could buy it! This place was a joke!! Will not be back. We order 3 single bagels, 2 cinnamon and sugar and one everything.

Great bagels, good service, and good atmosphere when they aren’t unexpectedly closed.
We went here Saturday morning when it should have been opened only to find out their payment systems were down. We were told they couldn’t help us. This is not great service. In owning a business you should be offering at least a free bagel for the inconvenience.
We will be returning but with a backup breakfast in mind from now on.

Absolutely impressed by the team working here – absolute professional, pleasant, and oh boy do they make good bagels! On our most recent visit their POS system was having issues – quite inconvenient but the folks at the counter were amazing at making sure our experience was as good as it can be.

I come here on occasion. Usually good food. The case never seems very well stocked, maybe it is first thing in the morning, I’m usually there at lunch (but it should still be better filled) It’s always exceptionally warm inside, so I never eat in. I’m also not sure why the service always is so slow. Drive thru and walk in are both sooooo slow. This last time I was the only person in line inside, and there was a couple people in the drive thru. I ordered the Mac and cheese bagel, toasted, that’s it. I waited for FIFTEEN MINUTES. What’s up with that? When I order just a bagel I’m going to just start getting it untoasted and taking it with me and doing all the toasting myself, because that ridiculous. The people are nice though, I just don’t understand what the deal is there. I wish they’d get better organized and fix the temperature so it’s not sweltering and I could eat there sometimes. So the bagel itself is definitely a new go to bagel for me. I might just have to use it as the base to any sandwich I get there too. It could have been cheesier, but it was still very yummy. Even had decent cheese pull.

9/16/25: Walked in at around 7:45am to pick up my app order. Nobody (including the short, grumpy female manager) acknowledged me/said hello, even though they all saw me. Saw the manager place a to go order by the register & walk away. Eventually asked if it was for (gave my name) and she very rudely pointed and said “it’s right there” and just turned around.
OWNER: Why do you have a manager working there who has ZERO people skills?! I’ve literally never seen her smile. Instead of pasting the generic apology/response with the link to Einstein to share feedback, why don’t you address your customer’s concerns directly with your staff??
I come here out of convenience to my house and not because of great service (which is greatly lacking at this location). Sad, because this place used to be great but it hasn’t been that way for years. Tables are also filthy & the coffee dispensers are frequently empty. Do better!!
