The fried sepia was the only thing I enjoyed here. The paella had a weird consistency and tasted like cabbage and it was a little burned. The lobster with alioli was not what I experienced elsewhere in Fornells. The waiter forgot our drinks and we had to remember him almost everything we asked for.

Food was fresh and delicious, all flavours really well balanced. Complementary appetiser of pan con tomate with sobrassada y miel was delicious. Recommend the La Guapa salad, the grilled octopus and any of the paellas. Lovely Menorcan wine too.

We had dinner here. Very good menu, good atmosphere but my food wasn’t very good..
I ordered grilled octopus- looks perfect and yummy when the waiter served it but wasnt cooked enough. Wasn’t eatable. I left it . When the waiter came ask me if everything ok. I told him about the problem .He grab the knife and try to cut it. He faced difficulties to cut it( how i supposed to eat it….)
No apologies, no offer something else. Returned to me after taking my plate and add: “we will reduce the price of the portion in the bill because i cut the octopus…
So from €28 price was reduced to €21
So i have to pay someone to learn to cook?
Most of the places i will not be asked to pay for this plate….

Too expensive for what you get!
The broth rice with shellfish “caldereta” tasted very good but the amount of fish in it was quite poor to be costing €32.
The Guapa salad, despite its nice look, I expected to be served with goat cheese (like a tomino) was instead a liquid cheese and yogurt sauce spread in tiny drops, and at the end was just a big green and carrots salad. When I expressed my disappointment they have kindly brought more sauces to be add but that didn’t help the taste which became a soggy green salad for 18€ which I wouldn’t recommend.
Service was ok but we have had to ask 3 times to get some bread at the table.

Wow, what a great restaurant, we are extremely satisfied! My husband and I were in Menorca only for four days and we spent two evenings at this fantastic restaurant. The appetizer, main course and dessert – everything was delicious! I especially loved the vegetarian paella with eggplant, Parmesan and sun-dried tomatoes – wow! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! 🙂

Gambas were super sweet and delicious. Suckling pig was tender with crispy crackling. But the most outstanding dish was the fideuanegro (squid ink noodles). It was exceptional. Super umami. Highly recommended.

Very tasty lobster rice. Perhaps the best I’ve had. However, I didn’t like the fact that you don’t know how much you’ll pay for the dish. You need to ask for the price and they give you a range. I understand that it depends on the lobster’s weight, but I’d rather know how much it costs from the beginning.

Lovely setting and lovely service provided by the ladies serving us. Food was good too. Had the arroz caldoso con bogavante and the lamb leg. We tried their baileys tiramisu too – a bit too sweet for us though.
