Ok, first time at the Stampede Steakhouse in Talladega Alabama. It was about what I expected, a nice, hoem town, laid back restaurant with mostly homemade entrees and good food. I had the chicken tenders and yep, they were really good. Hand breaded, actual jumbo chicken tenders, not cut and sliced up chicken breast! Very pleased! Got tater tots and corn nuggets to go with them. The tots were good and the corn nuggets were excellent, but there were only 6 nuggets…..Now I know its a side, but come on, they are very inexpensive so give at least 10? My waitress, Jamie, was really good and I am sure has been a long time employee. All in all, a good meat. Not great, but good and I would recommend! Get ya some!

My first visit was with my church family. It was a fellowship for all to participate. We had a party of about 30 people. The service was quick. We had several servers. We called ahead to make reservations so that they’d be prepared for our arrival. The food came out hot, fresh, and quickly. The staff did an amazing job. I have several pictures. If you’re looking for a hot, country plate of food, Stampede Steakhouse is a must. The friendly atmosphere, good service, and great food will have you coming back soon.

Well I was looking for some what of a home cooked meal on Saturday an got what I was looking for although I had 2 slabs of catfish when I could of got 1 because one would of filled me up. But everything was great from what I ordered which will be in pictures below no complaints catfish is amazing ‼️‼️

In town for business and stopped in for lunch. I was told this is the place for good food. I was not disappointed at all. There was a large selection of things to choose from. There was an extensive daily lunch menu with something for everyone. The staff was extremely welcoming taking care of our every need. The food came out swiftly, and I found it to be delicious. I anticipate making another trip to town just so that I can eat at this restaurant again. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for lunch or dinner in the area. Thank you Stampede steakhouse for a great first experience.

Would give them a 0 if it would let me, my husband ordered us steaks and they were very tough, looked like low quality meat and also the baked potatoes were hard along with corn bread muffins. This is the 3rd time we’ve given them a chance. The blooming onion is great and salads are great but that’s all that I’ve had that I liked. The servers are always very nice though. Just the food was a 0/5.

I had a great experience at Stampede Steakhouse! The food was excellent — especially the fried shrimp, which were absolutely fantastic. Perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. The tartar sauce provided was delicious and the sides were fresh and well-prepared. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I’d definitely go back. Highly recommend!
