Got a mobile order from this location. Tots were stale and cold. Fries were cold. One burger was supposed to just be low carb and all they did was put a burger patty in a box. I won’t even touch the other one. This is absolutely ridiculous. When you have little to no customers, it shouldn’t take an hour to make the food and it is still cold.

Waited over 40 mins for a sandwich and mozzarella sticks. Then when I left, I had to go back because they gave me the wrong kind of sandwich. When I went back and took another 10 minutes to make the correct sandwich. I left and got a quarter of a mile down the road and took a couple bites my chicken sandwich and finally noticed it was raw .in the middle. And now I’m already an hour late to where I was going and I can’t go back. I will probably end up with food poisoning tonight from the bites that I already took. I am so disgusted. They are very understaffed and have barely any supplies. The drink machine was completely empty too. Need to fix this location and hire competent employees. The manager was really nice but his team is a disaster.

This place will trap you in the drive through for 45 minutes to get a beverage. I can’t afford 30 minutes and 5 dollars for a drink. Don’t waste your life, go elsewhere.

Asked for no lettuce on my chicken jr, got lettuce on it. Boyfriend wanted pickle and mustard added to it, no mustard or pickle. Waited at least 10 minutes for what we thought was going to be a quick stop since he was on the clock, but nope. So wrong, and they weren’t even busy. They can’t read an order, and we’ll probably never get our $12 back. Do better, hire people who can read. This is why no one likes Bedford. Employees are probably too high to be able to read.

I hate this Burger King for the life of me. It’s always something, they don’t have this they don’t have that. UNLESS my guy Q is there, he is the most friendliest helpful person there, and he’s fast and he makes sure my order is right. He is probably the only reason I will go there. If he’s not there, it’s garbage. If I was rating Q for BK it would be all 5 stars and above, but if he’s not there I wouldn’t even give a half of a star.

Why do these ppl work there if thats not what they want you got dude on mic laughing playing but yet talking low as hell can barely hear him I’m thinking its a teen no its a old cat that should know better but guess thats what you get when you assume than to get the order wrong twice. we ordered online, sat in the drive through for 20 minutes. Once we got to the second window the lady said “you need to come inside, the order is too big and it’s not even ready” keep in mind we placed the order an hour ago.The lady was extremely unpleasant and had an attitude.
