However, the service was not particularly friendly. The space is quite large, and it seemed that there were not enough servers. Although the restaurant was not crowded, it was difficult to make eye contact with the staff, and they rarely approached on their own to offer assistance.
I’m not sure how they knew but it was our 1yr marriage anniversary and they gave me a little bouquet of flowers! Super cute!
We sat outside right next to the water with a great view of boats and the sunset. The food literally melts in your mouth! The mashed potatoes im not sure what they do to it but it was the best I’ve ever had! Lobster tail just sent me to heaven! 10/10 will return
Their sushi is just as good as Nobu but for way less. Their drinks are all have crafted and delicious although they do have Expresso martinis in a machine for when they get busy but by then you won’t taste the difference, ha ha ha!
Cole is my absolute favorite waiter there. He’s so much fun, makes you feel like your best friend and is perfectly on point with second and recommendations plus he somehow knows what you might want and suggests it. He’s an experience which you do not want to miss. Truly so much fun ams you will be a repeat offender! Enjoy and your
Fish & Chips – 7/10
Fries were very good, and we also really appreciated the homemade tartar sauce. Fish wasn’t so tasty, but was still good.
Ahi Tina Poke – 9/10
Grey presentation and flavor. The mixed in sauce was fantastic. We especially liked the chips that were served with it
Ceviche – 9/10
Very tasty, great fruity flavor, not fishy at all. Excellent presentation as well.
Lobster Club – 9/10
Only lost a point because I had to put salt on it to get some flavor out, otherwise what a great concept. Excellent bread choice, and portion size.
Salmon Salad – 10/10
Excellent portion, fantastic taste. Great cut of salmon.
Parking is a bit tricky as the lot is valet only, there is street parking but it’s all one way streets and options are sparse.
Food tasted great, but cooked poorly. Overcooked artichoke tasted like they dumped liquid smoke on it. Overcooked $54 Chilean Seabass, and very small portion of plate for $54 especially- add some vegetables as a side!
Kid’s cheeseburger was ordered medium-well, but arrived as rare as possible. Brussel Sprouts super overcooked. Appetizer version tasted fishy, entree version didn’t. No one checked on us during meal service, so not able to fix it. Not offered a dessert menu, but brought out a chocolate cake for my birthday, except I don’t like chocolate cake and wanted the key lime pie for my birthday. Got the bill with chocolate cake.
Not sure what was going on to have so many server issues, but also kitchen issues to cook so many plates so poorly and make us wait for overcooked food.
Thanks for the flowers; it was a very nice touch and very appreciative for them. Still hungry though. Beautiful ambiance. Also, kinda gross to bring new silverware and set it on the dirty server tray and then the table. Probably should wrap 2 forks & knives in each napkin at table setup or bring a plate of fresh silver for people to grab their own before meal service.
Food looked beautiful, flavor was there, just not cooked properly.
