Panera bread never disappoints. The food is always superb and on par. Fresh products, made in store and delicious.
Convenient location near other shops

On the outside this place looks great, need to empty trash more and clear out the stacks of plates, but the real issue is the restroom. It was disgusting. Clearly they do not clean it at all and have not in years. How its passing health inspection is mind blowing. They would get hit hard in Texas. Urine stains everywhere from the urinals to the commodes to the floor. They are just dirty and not wiped down.

On the upside is a shift leader named Shawn. At first, a bit scary with all the tats, but this guy knows customer service and they are lucky to have him. He is friendly and was able to handle multiple tasks/customers at a time with a smile and a positive attitude that was not fake.

So overall, the people are great, but scared to clean. So if the restrooms that they themselves use are this bad, how bad is the kitchen? How clean can it really be? Do better!

Out of romaine lettuce at 1:30 PM on a Sunday. Let that sink in.

This is a place whose entire menu revolves around salads and sandwiches, yet somehow they managed to run out of one of the most basic, essential ingredients right in the middle of lunch—with a grocery store literally in the same parking lot.

This isn’t a supply chain issue. It’s a management issue.

Panera charges premium prices but can’t handle basic inventory? If you’re selling $15 salads, the bare minimum expectation is that you actually have lettuce. Doing nothing to fix it—no substitution, no quick run next door, no solution at all—is unacceptable.

This location is constantly out of core ingredients, which tells you everything you need to know about how it’s run. Either plan better, manage better, or stop charging upscale prices for fast-casual incompetence.

Embarrassing.

I was looking for a place close to the Chinese buffet and I wanted to find a place that wasn’t a Starbucks. Came to this place. It was fantastic. The manager was a super cool dude. We had to wait for a slight clean up from a previous client so the manager gave us some cookies and the coffee was on the house. The atmosphere was great, the music was good and everyone was having a good time. Pretty nice place to spend an evening with friends. Will be back tomorrow!

Well, the sourdough bagett was pretty good. My friend ordered their Black Bean Soup. It had no flavor and felt like baby food sludge in the mouth. $15 with a small drink? Trader Joe’s BBS is 100 times better than that. My Chili Bowl was $12. Why? The owner needs to see about her franchise, since her name is painted on the door.

This Panera seem to have more drinks then other locations. It’s a great place to have meet up for study groups, plenty of room.

Today, was our first visit to the Panera Bread. We were amazingly surprised that Italian sandwich is soooo delicious! Yes, it’s kinda expensive, but DELICIOUS!!! Iced coffee as good as Starbucks, which we like the most. And cool strawberry lemonade is so good! Before we go, I read too many negative comments and tbh, I didn’t expect anything good.
Panera Bread, you changed our opinion to the best! Hopefully see you soon!
