Very great experience! It was my first time going to Hash Kitchen and to go on a holiday was more exciting. Our server was great, Ian, showed great service and communication. He told me and my boyfriend about speciality drinks. Also, told us about the loyalty program. We tried these lemon drop shots with cotton candy, amazing. Food was great! Can’t wait to go back. 🙂

Groovey spot to stop. If your a bloody Mary fan this is your spot with an awesome bloody Mary bar…… some folks takin it to the excess!!! See pictures attached!
No cocktails for me this morning. Tried the waffles and honey hot chicken, waffle was ok not the fluffiest I’ve ever had and the honey hot wings were nice and crispy but could have used more hot flavor for me. I’d return to try and cocktail and something different.
I would say a worthwhile spot.

This was my first time visiting yesterday. Ian was our server. His service was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was exceptional. The food was delicious, the vibe was great. I would definitely recommend the chicken and waffles and the mimosa light with cotton candy. The delicious donuts make a great dessert. It was my first time out in a very long time, and I really enjoyed brunch at this location we will definitely be returning

First time at this location and it was a great time. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The avocado trio is super yummy and even tho it doesn’t look filling it definitely is. The chicken hash tastes great. Those wings are amazing. Wish I could get a bucket of them.

Our server, Juanita, was the best and I hope I get her next time I eat her. She’s a real gem.

Wonderful experience!! Ian is the ABSOLUTE best waiter ever! We came two days in a row due to the best food & fantastic service! The atmosphere is such a vibe! They have the most awesome Bloody Mary bar & a DJ on the weekends!

Fun atmosphere, they are fast and efficient, on top of the game. What we didn’t know is how big the portions are! Very shareable for 2 people. One of the items we got was the fruity pebble French toast, holy cow! I just stared at it for a bit. Easy 4-5” tall with 2 slices. iPhone 13 Pro for comparison doesn’t do it justice because of the lip on plate. Our waitress was on the ball, no long extended wait on food or check. Will definitely return.

Pierce at Hash Kitchen was amazing! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. He checked in at just the right times, had great energy, and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell he really cares about his job and the guests. Hash Kitchen is already fun, but Pierce’s service took it to another level. I’d definitely ask for him again!

A Trendy Sunday Brunch Surprise on Northern Ave
I woke up this past Sunday with a serious breakfast craving, so I decided to finally check out Hash Kitchen on Northern Ave. I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but wow—this is definitely not your average breakfast spot. It was a trendy surprise to find this level of energy and upscale quality right here in Peoria.
The vibe is absolutely phenomenal. We dined outside, and even though it was January, the patio was perfectly comfortable thanks to their outdoor heating lamps. They have a fantastic setup with a full-size bar that services both the indoor and outdoor seating areas, creating a really cohesive and lively atmosphere.
As for the food, the menu is massive and incredibly creative. I ordered their unique spin on Chicken and Waffles, and it did not disappoint. The presentation is super fun, the chicken was seasoned perfectly, and it really elevates a classic dish. I also had my eye on the Chilaquiles—they are usually a favorite of mine and looked absolutely delicious on the tables next to us!
Beyond what we ordered, Hash Kitchen is famous for some truly original concepts. You can’t miss the massive Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar—it’s a total showstopper. I also saw waiters carrying out orders of Cannoli Donuts and the Hangover Hash, which are definitely popular for a reason. I was also happy to see they didn’t leave out my vegetarian friends; there were several thoughtful plates and specials catering specifically to them, rather than just basic side dishes.
The service was top-tier—attentive, friendly, and fast despite how busy they were.
The only things to be aware of: it is a bit on the pricey side. You should look to spend about $35-40 per person for a full meal and a drink. Also, a small heads-up if you are ordering non-alcoholic drinks: there are no free refills on the mocktails, which was the only slight downfall of the experience.
Overall, Hash Kitchen delivers on the “trendy upscale” promise with original dishes you won’t find at a standard diner. Highly recommended if you are in the P83 district
