I came to my local taco bell at 1 am for reliably good food. I understand that it is past midnight but if your company employs you to be working during that time and you are being payed you should be providing the standard quality of service consistently. Normally when i order a crunchy taco i expect it to be in one peice with minimal damge, but during my last visit i recieved a taco that looks like it was crushed with malicious intent. I am severely dissapointed by either the lack of care that the employee takes when handling food, or the active decision by an employee to crush a taco while preparing it for a customer. Have a talk with you employees about the condition of working the closing shift. Either hold a consistent service standard or find alternative employement where the employee can serve with the basic standard of food service.

He was simply so kind, patient, and gracious. To thank him, I gifted him an unlimited Dave & Buster’s arcade game card for him to enjoy with his young little boy. We ordered our food online, said our food was ready for pickup, get inside its not ready. Waited 15 minutes people who walked in after us who ordered in store got their food. After 20 minutes our food still isnt in the mobile and delivery pick up area. I go ask and our food was off on the side sitting there cold. I asked manger for a refund or remake our food she said refunds only online. I asked her to remake our food. She takes her hand and starts smashing/feeling our food and says its fine. Hard shelll tacos were soggy, everything was cold. Terrible. She didn’t care neither did anyone else that works there. The only taco bell that doesnt place food in the pickup area ive been to and announce the order when putting in there. Management is completely worthless at this location!!! The food sucked cold, but was considered ok to her standards. Why have the pickup area if you’re not gonna put the food in there.

I had a really good experience at Taco Bell. My order was made quickly and everything was hot and fresh when I received it. The tacos were packed with ingredients, the crunch was perfect, and the sauces were fully stocked. The staff was friendly and efficient, even during a busy time, and they made sure my order was correct before handing it to me. The dining area was clean and well kept. Overall, great service, good food, and a fast, smooth experience. I’ll definitely be back again.

MONTY IS AWESOME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL
I went through the drive through on February 12th 2026 around 9pm. I ordered several items and went home. I then noticed 1 item was missing that I did pay for. I wasn’t happy about driving 5 miles back but I was hoping a good manager would compensate me for my inconvenience. When I have arrived back I was immediately acknowledged and greeted by Monty (the gentleman with dreadlocks). Monty was very polite and professional. He didn’t get defensive about the missing item, he simply apologized, offered to make the item that was missing, and offered an additional item (of equal value) for free for my inconvenience. That was all I wanted, was an apology and to be compensated for my inconvenience. Monty handled it perfectly. Also I would like to note, I was asked by like 3 other employees if I had been helped while Monty was making my food. They were so helpful at this location. I love this location because the food is always made well, fresh, and the customer service is so great. Monty is a great team lead.

Had a bad experience at McDonald’s across the street so came over here. The young man working the counter, Fred, was super friendly and moved quickly, which was a 180 from where we were initially. Food was tasty and quick!

I go to this location pretty regularly as it’s close to my house. Today they took care of me really good when my food was cold as it was my fault I wasn’t aware that some food had gotten ordered hours prior to. While I was out and about I was asked to pick it up and didn’t know it was cold and I asked them if they wouldn’t mind remaking it and they went above and beyond. I just want to shout out to the crew that was working night shift 02/10/ 2026

I have to say the people that work at this location are the nicest group of employees. They are nice to each other they’re nice to customers considering how understand they are they’re extremely extremely nice. That being said it is a minimum 30 minute wait anytime you go there to get your food. I had driven home an hour and a half last night from Stephenville to Lake Worth and waited almost an hour to get my food and there’s more but okay all of it stems from the lack of employees they have there. It is huge huge problem at this location
