Popeyes seriously dropped the ball. I was served a chicken sandwich that was not fully cooked, with raw meat inside. This is not just disappointing, it’s dangerous. Undercooked chicken can cause serious foodborne illnesses, and no customer should ever have to worry about their health when ordering a meal.
Fast food or not, basic food safety is non-negotiable. This shows a lack of quality control and proper training in the kitchen. I had to throw the food away and lost my appetite entirely. Popeyes needs to take food safety more seriously before someone actually gets sick. I would not recommend eating here until this issue is addressed.

My granddaughter loves eating here. its the only fast food she likes. its always been really good and friendly. yesterday 12/27/2025. it was the Herriman Utah location. we went in and the guy that helped me should never have a job in customer service i would say thank you and he would just nod his head.
he wouldn’t even communicate just took the order. very young kid. I did customer service for 15 years and this is not how you do it. plus, not sure about the food handling because my granddaughter got food poisoning. this has never happened at this location. we get her food there at least every week to every other week. do better you cant only have 2 people working. someone has to be able to handle food correctly. makes me wonder if they have food handlers permit.

Going to this restaurant is a risk to your health, our bread had pieces of metal wire in it as it can be seen in the video. I hope authorities take the appropriate measures to deal with this issue.

This location is awful. The food quality is terrible. They literally fave me some old and dry chicken and biscuit that tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Sevice is terrible. When i areived to pick up my order, they were sitting and eating and looked annoyed that I came in to grab myborder. Requested certain sauces like hot sauce and honey. They gave me honey mustard and buffalo sauce. I’m surprised this location is still open. Shut it down!

Came around 11pm to try their boneless and regular wings… It was all burnt and just covered in sauce.. Literally inedible. It was clear that the chicken had been sitting in their heater for many hours. I brought it all back and opened it all across the counter and told them its clear that not only is the chicken burnt, but youve let it sit for hours… They immediately said they will make fresh chicken.. which they did.. I am positive that this is a health code violation. Dont come here.

Chicken was hot and fresh when I left the store but that’s the only redeeming quality about this place. Horrendous customer service. Unprofessional employees on the front end who do not great customers. See below to see how they did NOT place the parchment paper in the box. I came home to soggy chicken and an even soggier box. Take your business to KFC up the road. There’s a reason this location has 3.1 stars.

We received hard chicken and dried up red rice and beans, Again! This location is 0.02 miles away from me. Tipping 20% is a giant waste of hard earned money! Do Not order online. Door Dash completely refunded my dollars this time. Do Not order online from this location!

I used to love ordering from this location, but recently it seems like they don’t pay attention to the orders. I always order online and do a pickup. I order a Ghost Pepper wings, and I was given regular wings. Then I asked for a Buffalo sauce, I was given BBQ. And just last night, I ordered the chicken sandwich without pickles, and sure enough my order came with pickles. I don’t normally give negative reviews, but I’ve had multiple bad experiences.

Went in at around 10:00 on a Saturday night and after getting halfway through my sandwich noticed it was raw in the middle. I voiced this concern to an employee and was told that the general manager wasn’t working and I would have to come back the next day. I’m not from this area and as such wasn’t able to come back the next day.
I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for my money back because I paid for a product I wasn’t able to consume. I’m very disappointed that they took my money and potentially gave me a food borne illness and I wasn’t even able to have the courtesy of a refund.
