Omg, the good was incredible the ambiance is so perfect. I took a photo of my salad but when the Ravioli arrived I just started eating and forgot. Highly recommended you pop on for a casual little slice of Italy. And the music playing is just right for the atmosphere ❤️

this Italian restaurant serves delicious all foods. . They highlight the generous portions and fast service. the staff were very friendly and sweet. I like the casual and cozy atmosphere. It’s better to check the menu in advance; you need to place your order at the reception before going to your table. I recommend asking for the menu with pictures. All the dishes, including the pizza, are truly delicious. They serve a wonderful salad alongside the meals. We enjoyed everything we ate. Strongly recommended

Do yourself a favor and go. Recently renovated and Michelin-recommended for the past two years, this charming Italian spot delivers some of the most delicious, well-prepared food – AND it’s an incredible value. Service is quick, the vibe can be as casual or as date-night as you want, it’s family-friendly, great for dine-in or takeout, and it’s BYOB. It truly has it all.

It’s essentially three concepts in one:
Gio’s, with fantastic chicken dishes and pastas (all served with complimentary salads – and yes, their famous Amish chicken is exclusive to them in Atlanta);
Antico, with outstanding pizza;
and their gelato shop, offering gelato and classic Italian desserts.

We’ve been going to the west midtown location for six years and even ordered takeout throughout Covid. I recently had the chance to meet Gio, and he is genuinely humble and incredibly kind!

My favorite chicken dish is the Sorrento Lemon Chicken; my husband loves the Diavola and the Scarpiello (both with a little heat). Every chicken entrée comes with the simplest, most flavorful side salad … I usually order a second because it’s that good.

Only note: I do wish the chicken parm came with more marinara. The chicken and pasta can be a bit dry without it.

Meatball parm panini was delicious — juicy and flavorful meatballs with not too much sauce and some great quality mozzarella and basil to compliment it. Plus some great textured bread. Probably the best meatball sub I’ve had in a long time. The meatballs are huge so I was full after eating half of the panini. And it was a part of the $12.75 lunch special offered Tuesday-Saturday for a panini + salad. Fantastic deal!

The salad was fresh and had a refreshing vinaigrette. Plus our order came with 2 pieces of bread on the side (not pictured) that were nice and crisp on the outside and pillowy on the inside.

My dining companion enjoyed his arrabbiata. The penne was a bit overcooked, but the portion size was huge. The dish could probably feed 3 people.

This is a order at the counter type place, and there were 2 other parties in the restaurant when we were there. We were shocked there weren’t more people here given how good the food was! Same chef and owner as Antico’s though so maybe people just don’t know about it even though it’s right next to Antico’s

Truly the best spaghetti and meatballs in the city! The half chicken options are all fantastic! The soup as well. Love the starter salad and that vinegar/lemon bite of a dressing. Oh, and you can always order a pizza to go from next door at Antico and bring over to share or for people who just want something else. Service is great too.

The chicken parm is the best I’ve ever had. Meatball panini was also out of this world.

Only odd thing was, I ordered a double espresso at the gelato counter and they “have no sugar” — literally the only sweetener they have in the building is Sweet N Low. Two people confirmed that there is no sugar at all, anywhere. Very strange.

Cute place, we went here after my brother’s graduation. Food was pretty nice and good serving sizes. The setup was a strange mix of sit down restaurant and casual, where we ordered at the front and the takeout boxes and water were to the side for us to take ourselves. There was also an ice cream place attached which was very delicious.

The order at the counter is not what I expected, and that’s on me. I got the spicy vodka rigatoni. It just seems that for you ordering for yourself at a bar, pasta with no proteins in it , and a canned coke. It just seemed overpriced for $30. (It comes with bread and a salad) but they honestly did add much. The salad was a bit heavy on the vinegar, and the bread was hard.

Very cute and cool spot. Order at the front counter — we got spicy vodka rigatoni, lemon chicken, pasta limone, and white wine — then you will be seated in a charming dining room. When you finish dinner, just through the dining room is a desert bar with gelato, cakes, and pastries. Blood orange gelato was just the right combination of sweet and tangy

An Italian restaurant offering a variety of dishes with an acceptable level of preparation quality. The meal begins with an excellent vegetable salad, making the overall experience satisfactory and convincing.
