Food was good. Although they didn’t make any spinach and bacon soufflé, we came in for and My coffee was missing the two extra shots I asked for tho.
And the cashier “Silvia” must have been having a rough morning she was not friendly at all and was very rude when I asked for my cinnamon roll she forgot to give us

I have been to this panera before and have not had this issue but this morning 01/22/26 @ around 9AM, it was not a good time. I waited in drive through line for about 15 mins before i got to the window, then at the window i waited probably another 10-15 mins with no one looking my way or coming to take payment. When someone finally came to the window, they didn’t even say sorry for the wait or anything. just said good morning and got my order wrong, charged me and gave me my oatmeal which was COLD!

Wow this place is amazing 100% five star 100%. It’s very clean amazing atmosphere plenty of tables on the inside the outside is very nice to drive through is open till 10:00 the inside is open until 9:00 and what else is there to say see the pictures I will come back and have some soup I will come by and have some coffee what else it’s just really really nice experience come by check it out they have huge menu with great food great stuff every business should strive to be like this Panera Bread location

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Person at the drive through didn’t know my total, manager (female) refused to let me pay with gift card and screamed bye as I drove off. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting. As someone who places multiple catering orders here a month we will take our business elsewhere!

Yesterday was my first time dining at Panera, and it was absolutely scrumptious!! Definitely a 10/10 the food and drinks are amazing, I recommend the chicken noodle soup and the turkey chili! It was to die for! I will without any doubts be coming back here again

Nice and new looking panera, we were there for breakfast, which was fast and with no problems, the order came out with all the changes we made and I also really liked the coffee. They even have a nice outside seating area.
