I ordered the chicken sandwich and upon receiving it, I immediately noticed the hair hanging off of the chicken that was sticking out of the sandwich.. and I brought it back straight to the staff and pointing the hair out and the lady was sweet and said she will remake it herself (since another cook was the one who prepared it). Brings me the plate of the new sandwich, now keep in mind it’s a sandwich that’s cut into half. I trustingly eat the first half (I know
I shouldn’t have after the hair) and upon picking up the second half there was an even longer hair underneath the sandwich. Now with my stomach officially churned, I took the plate right back and simply said “I’m done”, while again, pointing out the 2nd hair. As in i definitely do NOT want a new sandwich. Ever again lol. They said they think it was whoever prepped the chicken from the morning. They were kind and did apologize and said they would refund the sandwich in 3 days. I do appreciate it but I won’t be coming back. 🙁 definitely bummed and grossed out lol. (See pictures of the second hair on the “new sandwich”.

Waited at the counter for 20 minutes watching 2 employees flirt with each other. The customer behind me even spoke up about it. When my order was finally taken, they were out of the black cherry syrup for drinks. Asked for sour cream with my potato, got to work and didn’t have any or utensils in my bag.

I recently started seeing a man who took me on our first date here this evening. When we first walked in, everything was clean. I ordered a Chef salad and a jalapeño crunch. The boy who made my sandwich did FANTASTIC! I was in love, i enjoyed it. BUT when I looked beyond the counter I saw a woman to the left practically coughing up her brains over the salad. I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t even touch my salad, i was in fear that my salad was contaminated. That was absolutely unacceptable! This was my first and LAST visiting this location. That woman ruined my experience.

Ordered through call center, but when I arrived, they claimed they had no record of it. I offered to re-order and pay again, but the staff refused to help unless I came inside—despite me explaining I wasn’t wearing shoes. No effort to resolve the issue, just “not our problem.” Love their food, but customer service was horrible! You can’t tell me they couldn’t have called someone to make this right. Especially since I didn’t care if I had to pay twice. I even took into consideration that maybe they were busy, but there was literally no one in the drive through but me and 3 whole cars in their parking lot! Won’t be back!
