I ordered a delivery for my wife. When the pizza got to my house it looked like it had either been dropped or tossed. For the record this was their spinach and feta pizza. I’d give this rating a zero star if I could. The only saving grace is that the manager refunded me the order. My suggestion is if you want your food made the correct way, take your business elsewhere and spend your money where it’s actually appreciated.

I called to order a pizza, asked about specials, was told 1 large with 5 toppings was 12.99. I asked for 2 pizzas. Was told the total was $30 +. I askedhow could 2 pizzas for $12.99 each be $30, the person I was talking to couldn’t answer. I told him to cancel the order and he hung up. Very bad customer service service

This is literally the 3rd time in a row I’ve attempted to order online. Thought it may be the app. So I used my browser, and still got the error msg like someone is cutting it off at the store. Called the store phone, waited for a while for someone to even pick up. Once answered, I had asked to place a order for delivery, and was immediately placed on hold without my order even being taken, not to mention left on hold so long I just said forget it. Need new management and reliable help, its nonsense. Great way to lose a costumer.

I have no experience of dining in. I always have my meals delivered. The people that deliver are so nice and polite. Most of the time, my pizzas are great. Once was completely unacceptable. I love the pastas, but they cut back on the amount you receive..not a good move. The sandwiches are too small. The pictures make them look like you are getting a larger size than what you really get. Very deceiving. Both deserts are great. I like to refrigerate the lava cakes and then eat them. The chix bites are good, and I like them better than the other fast food places (no cartridge and hard pieces to bite into). I also like the garden salad.

I tried to use the app to order but it was down so I called my local BV store. A man answered and began taking my order. I was using the $6.99 per item deal and ordered 2 Med 2-topping pizzas. A house salad. A pepperoni cheese bread. A brownie. I was told my total came to $87..48. Now, I am not a genius but this is basic math. 7 x 5 = $35
The young man taking our order even asked his manager to verify and they said “Yep, that is the total.” Come on. Stop being lazy and take a look at what is going on. The manager should have calculated it independently and manually placed the total into the machine. This is not the first time they have done this. I ordered 2 Lg 2-topping pizzas a year ago and they said the total was $60. No it isn’t and no thank you. Order somewhere else. This place does not use common sense.
