We got the brisket nachos, jap sausage, ribs, brisket, baked beans, mac n cheese, and heavenly eggs. Everything was delicious! The ribs were awesome. The mac n cheese was good but I couldn’t tell it was “smoked “. We had excellent service from Dana and Larissa. They took great care of us!! You must try this place!

The food was so good that it could cure depression. The service was very VERY good, everyone was very friendly and patient. The atmosphere was really good as well, the smell, decor and everything else was amazing. Would 100% recommend!

This place was awesome! Fast service, best flavor we have found in the area so far. Everything from the deviled eggs through the ribs was great. Did i mention the chicken? Wow, moist and tender. The waiter was really friendly, the atmosphere was perfect for a BBQ place. It is just a little off beaten path and we’ll worth the five minutes it takes to get there.

Had the combo sampler for lunch today. Ribs, brisket, Mac and cheese and eggs. Absolutely amazing tasting. The new sauces are great as well. My waiter was on top of everything and she was so nice. The entire visit was very pleasant!!

I go to mountain home for doctors appointments and to shop. I was tired of the same old choices so we decided BBQ. I’m southern so BBQ is big time food. I got the 2 meats, brisket and ribs, and 2 sides , the beans and Cole slaw. The beans were different from what I’m used to. They had sausage and peppers in them. They were very good though. The Cole slaw was okay but the meat was the star as it should be. Ribs fall off the bone, and the brisket had me yummin!! I bought some pulled pork to bring home. Very good meats, friendly environment. Trophy’s and plaques everywhere. Different isn’t always bad.

Out showing property and always get to treat ourselves afterwards. Tried HS again after many years. I forget about it since on the other side of town. I’m usually not a huge fan of bbq but the ribs and brisket were SO delicious!! Such good flavor and the meat fell off the ribs. So tender and juicy. Waitresses were very friendly and helpful. We took their recommendation. One meal was more than enough for the two of us to share. Are for under $20—that’s pretty good nowadays. No room for dessert, maybe next time! We’ll definitely be back soon!

Great food! Good smoke flavors. My family had the chili, BBQ pork salad, deviled eggs and a three meat dinner. More than enough food, didn’t have room for dessert. Waitress was pleasant and courteous.
