If i could give zero stars i would. This is the 3rd time I have gotten from your location in Marietta and it has sucked. Every time. Not good service. At all. The bagel was that hard i couldn’t even chew it. The egg was cold. The frozen mocha was basically all ice with some milk. Didn’t even taste like mocha was put in it. As high as the price is it should be at least made correctly. The donuts were basically all stale. Probably from the day before. Just disgusting. We put the whole dozen in the trash. Couldnt even eat them. This is very disappointing when we spent over $30. I am very upset because I love DD coffee.

As I was pulling up to the drive through, there were two employees standing out in front of the menu. The young girl was looking at the menu & the older teen boy was throwing snow at her. I wait until they go in to pull up. When I went to order, the younger girl had the grossest attitude. Like I was BOTHERING her for coming to her place of employment lol I ended up not buying anything because if you’re going to act like a child, then my order would’ve probably been made by a child.

Never had a bad drink. Always have the best made sandwiches. Staff is always welcoming and nice. I’ll always chose this one over the etown and mount joy Dunkin any day, even if it’s out of the way.

I usually stop by this Dunkin before work, and the staff are always friendly and smiling. They take orders quick, and my food is usually done very quick! This is by far the best Dunkin around the area in terms of friendliness and food quality. My drink is always made correctly as well, and I can’t say the same for other Dunkin’s around.

Genuinely unsure how a fast food chain in this day/age can consistently have lower quality food than every other franchise in the area, but this Dunkin has managed it. Every bagel or donut I’ve gotten from this particular store has been hard or seemingly stale. I really thought after being open for a while they’d get it together, but they’ve been open for over 2 years now and still the food is unacceptable.
Employees are the only upside, they’ve always been pleasant and fast.

The past 3 times I’ve ordered a dozen donuts at this location, they are out of chocolate frosted with sprinkles and strawberry frosted with sprinkles. Every. Single. Time. and I don’t actually find this out until after ordering and arriving to pick up the order. This past time after finding out I can’t get these donuts, I went inside to make my picks from a slim selection. After making my selection, I proceeded to wait 20 minutes for the sandwiches that were also a part of my order. While waiting, I watched another customer come in and wait to order at the register for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged her. To top it all off, this is what our sandwiches looked like.
Needless to say, I won’t be going back to this location.

I am really upset. They ended up making me late for work when I placed an order online and immediately went to cancel it. The app wasn’t working and wouldn’t let me cancel it so I tried to call in and tell them that their app is not working and it won’t let me cancel it and they won’t let me cancel it either so I tried to call the helpline and the helpline is down. So I try and email about the refund and their email is no longer available so I tried to message their helpline and their helpline is also down so there’s absolutely zero way to contact them or get your refund so you better hope you don’t need a refund at all or else you’re getting ripped off cause no one will help you.

I asked for an iced latte with whipped cream and a flat lid. They told me I couldn’t have both and was forced to use a dome lid for no reason. I have been here before and ordered a whipped cream with a flat lid and it was given to me. I don’t understand why I can go to multiple different Dunkins and they can produce me the same drink with Whipped cream and a flat lid, but this Dunkin is unable to and refuses to do so.

I normally come in but occasionally I Door dash which however if it wasn’t for the staff remembering me and takin my order into consideration door dash had my order incorrect and the manager left me a message on the receipt and corrected my drink for me . That meant so much to me thanks Dunkin crew . Sometimes it’s the little things .
