As you may know Subway has a rewards program and they currently have the “buy three footlongs earn another free” deal going on. I placed my order through the app for pickup at the location I always go to. This employee has never been very welcoming but because of convenience I frequent this location. When I arrived the employee told me this was the last time I could place a “zero order” and that I needed to go to another location. He said something about less meat but I could barely understand him so I wasn’t expecting my sandwich to be almost empty. This is unacceptable. If this specific location wasn’t participating in the rewards program it wouldn’t have allowed me to place my order using my reward. Furthermore my sandwich should’ve been up to par just like any other time I’ve ordered. I ordered the cold cut footlong which comes with three meats and as you can see this sandwich definitely doesn’t have three meats and is so thin. Just because it was a free reward doesn’t mean the quality shouldn’t be the same. I’m very disappointed. I will most definitely be taking his advice and switching to another location.

This was the WORST subway I’ve ever been too! I’m a die hard Subway fanatic. I will not go back to dis subway to save my lyfe. First, we went in after fishing. The worker said they didn’t have a bathroom for us to use. This really caught me off guard. To the best of my knowledge. A restaurant has to have one working bathroom for its customers. We could do without using the bathroom. Can we wash our hands if nothing else. There would be no dining in for us cause we couldn’t wash our hands. We were baffled by the notion that both men and women bathroom was out of order. But you all are still open serving food for dine in and take out. As we proceed with our orders the worker became very rude. He said he would be charging us for extra mayo, oil and vinegar. Never in my lyfe have I been charged EXTRA for plenty of oil, vinegar and mayo. I asked him to show me on the menu to show me where it says EXTRA CHARGE for these condiments on my sandwich. Bad enough you don’t have working bathrooms! Now extra for food items. I was scared to ask for some more spinach. I’ll definitely be calling the board of health about the bathroom situation. I’ll definitely not be returning because of all the EXTRA charges for mayo, vinegar and oil. This SUBWAY receives a thnx but NO thnx. You have been warned!

If i could give this Subway no stars I absolutely would! 1 star is being nice. If you have kids definitely avoid this Subway at all cost because they are not kid friendly as you will be disrespected because of them. The man that was working today was so ugly to my sister and threw her out because she brought McDonald’s inside for her kids even though she ordered food at this Subway location and frequents this location often. I will let everyone know to avoid this Subway completely. Very unprofessional.

Raj was amazing at this subway location! He was very polite, kind, patient, and even offered recommendations. He made our sandwiches perfectly! I would recommend coming to this location, as customer service exceeded my expectations. The food was good and environment was very clean.

My husband placed an order Sunday about 8:10pm online. He went to the store to pick it up, the guy working said they closed at 9 and stopped taking orders at 8pm and his register was already closed down. My husband ask for a refund since we could not get the food. The guy said come back tomorrow. Today my husband went in and the guy told him he couldn’t do anything about it, it happened yesterday. We will NEVER give them another dime. This is NOT AN HONEST way to handle business.

If I order a Togo order in the app 30 minutes before I even arrive to the store and 10 minutes passed the estimated and I get to the deserted dead no customer restaurant and my order still isn’t ready another 10 minutes to make is ridiculous and a delay . Do better. Then going to push in the system app that order is ready is a lie.

If I could give it below a one star, I would. I went in tonight for a sandwich and it took 45 minutes for the worker to help me. I had Subway coupons and was told they don’t take Subway coupons. The name on the building is SUBWAY! The meat and condiments were not fresh, bread was hard as a rock! The employee said he doesn’t care because he doesn’t get paid enough! The prices have doubled but the wages haven’t. DO NOT GO TO THIS PRETEND SUBWAY. Owner please call me. 7)6858582
