We got the Grilled Chicken Dinner. $35 for a whole meal is good. BUT…. Rice was flavorless. Salsa was watered down. Chicken was ok. The homemade fries had no seasoning or salt. Not crispy either. So great price but not so great food. I wish I could give a better review because they were very nice but I have to be honest about the flavor.

We stopped in here for lunch to give it a try. There is nothing fancy at all about this place not at all, but surprisingly the food was actually pretty good. I had the beef tenderloin in red pepper sauce and she had chicken tacos with rice, definitely would come back when in the area.

I’m sad to report… it was awful.
We were hoping a few positive reviews were true. Both our orders were supposed to be steak meat but was mainly grisle and filler like onions. We didn’t touch those fries or the grilled onions. If you want to keep customers coming back, try making the meal with ONLY the finest ingredients and please hold the grisle. I guess we should have driven to our favorite restaurant even it meant dealing with traffice or we should have had that bowl of cereal tonight.

I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years and every time it’s so good. Clean inside and a nice restaurant, great staff. Food is amazing. I recommend the chicken tacos and the enchiladas are also amazing.

Been wanting to check this place out for a bit. It was the big chicken standing there that was a bit creepy. The service was good. But it could improve. Please.. if your going to cook wear a hair net. If you are serving wear an apron. The chicken was different. The chicken seasoning almost tasted like chorizo. The man at the counter said it was a family recipe from Guanajuato. It was pretty good and a bit spicy. The prices are fair. I ordered a half chicken and it was two of us. And we still took food home. Beans and rice weren’t special, just like any other mexican restaurant. I did like that they served in foam plates. Cozy place. Entrance on pershing. Parking in front and on the side right next to stickney police station.

Always very lovely people and quick, you get in and out with your order, we always order the large tray with potato fries, chicken itself and everything else that comes with it. This goes hand in hand for when there’s no cooked food in the house and we need something quick and not fast food, tasty fries tasty rice and beans, all in all, amazing asset to the neighborhood this place is.

Very upset $18 He said two people can eat after this meal but Only one was brave enough to eat it. Chicken was so dry glad I didn’t choke. The rice taste like they squeezed a whole lemon rice was super sour fries were super soggy the only thing I ate was a nice warm tortilla. Never again!!!!
