I recently got a pick up order from dominos in Milton and the entire order was wrong. The pizzas were not made correct , the ingredients seemed expired (pineapples tasted nasty , green peppers were slimy), the stuffed cheezy bread was raw and the boneless chicken order was extremely small. To top it off I called to get them to fix my order but they have the phones off. I’m pretty much just wasted 35 dollars for nothing I want to eat

TLDR: No one knows what they’re doing here from the people answering the phones to those making the pizzas. The bar is so low and they still are tripping over it.
I am sure none of you, like myself, are ordering Domino’s for fine dining cuisine. I order Domino’s because I’m hungry, don’t want to cook dinner, and have approximately 3 take out options here in Milton. That being said, I have very low standards for them, and they are still not meeting them. Our last order took over an hour to be delivered- one of the pizzas ended up being cold, and the other had raw onions tossed onto it and wasn’t even cut into slices (fun pictures attached to see my confused rips in the pizza looking for the slices). I called to let them know this happened and was left on hold, forgotten, for 20 minutes (I absolutely should’ve hung up sooner but I was holding out hope they were really busy and they didn’t just forget about me). I called again (this time no hold) and it took THREE different employees to finally figure out what to do about it. One of the options was to have them remade and delivered (I declined because now we were pushing 9:00 at night). We chose to have our name put down to be compensated for free pizzas next time we ordered. Fast forward to tonight. We decided to try Domino’s again and redeem our free pizzas. I call, they can’t find my name for the compensated pizzas, but chose to honor my word. Delivery time is an hour but for 2 free pizzas I’ll wait. Two hours go by and we call back looking for word on our order. Turns out there was an issue with the order, they tried to call us back but apparently didn’t have our number (I gave it to them when I called two hours earlier so not sure where it went). They’re again asking for our name and the date of the prior pizza debacle to look for our name in the compensated pizzas diary. They still can’t find it even after I found the pictures with the exact date on them. They say they’ll still honor it regardless and deliver the free pizzas, but can’t recall what we had just ordered 2 hours prior. Additionally, NOW there will be a $5 delivery fee. No thanks, last strike, you’re out. Long story short, many attempts for pizza, not enough competent staff, two very sad pizza-less Milton residents this evening.

This has to be the best domino’s in vt don’t understand the low rating you have. Only problem i have is domino’s website. Not this locations fault. Domino’s corporate needs to took some of billions of dollars they make and pay better it people…..

I try to not do this…but calling them to give them feedback doesn’t seem to work. I don’t know what’s going on with management/training in that building…but I ordered a meat lovers pizza…so I shouldn’t be picking mushrooms off from it. Thankfully I don’t have any food allergies as far as eating foods go…but this is ridiculous. Meatzza pizza is suppose to have beef, ham, sausage, bacon…this pizza has cheese with some bacon sprinkled on the top…and an occasional mushroom…if you need to shut your doors to ensure proper training I would be a much happier customer if you did that instead of throwing your employees into a careless environment and asking them to swim….

Every single time I go to the Milton dominos they burn my pizza, three times in a row I have had ridiculously overcooked pizza and this last time was the final straw, the pizza is black all over, even the parmesan bread bites are hard as a rock they are so overcooked. and I included a photo to prove it. They would not give me dominos account credit for this ridiculously burnt pizza, they wouldn’t refund me either. they only offered credit at that specific location which has been awful EVERY time I’ve gone. I refused the credit because I will not be going back to the Milton dominos ever again. Beware

We went in and ordered, tried to order a large works stuffed crust, was told can’t do it in a large that it wouldn’t cook so said we could order a medium with the works and then told us we couldn’t add certain things , I walked out while my husband stayed, came home with the absolute worst pizza ever and to add to the matter, it wasn’t a stuffed crust!!! Never ever again will we order from any Dominos any place, the experience was the end to our pizza days The staff had no clue what they were doing, the manager knew nothing about running the place , it was a total disaster! We will stick with the place that knows their food, knows their customers and the meaning of Great Food and Customer Loyalty, Zachary’s in Milton
