Love this place. The cook came out to see if we like the food. We had a large party and our server made sure we got everything in a timely manner. He was a lot of fun!!!

Horrible service. Horrible wait. Servers were slow and careless and obviously didn’t want to be there and didn’t care about perceptions at all. I waited thirty minutes to get seated and there’s only two tables occupied with two waitresses. Garbage service.
Atmosphere was fine for a shitty corporate chain. Dirty floors. Music was too loud in the waiting area.
Food is always the same. Fine for the price.

Will not be coming here. Took a few bites of food and found a hair. Some of the workers were unprofessional and seemed to be standing around on their phones. However, our waitress was super nice and helpful.

Our server Cody was absolutely amazing !! He made sure our drinks were never empty, our food came out at a decent time, and checked in regularly to make sure we had a great experience. I had some reservations about this location based on the reviews I read, which mostly focused on the service. In today’s world, where instant satisfaction is often expected, I can understand those concerns. Many businesses are still navigating the aftermath of reduced travel, and I recognized that this could be affecting service levels.
I do think IHOP faces challenges at this location, particularly when it comes to retaining staff due to low pay and a lack of recognition. However, during our visit, my family and I experienced fantastic service. Our server, Miss Antoinette, was not only well-versed in the menu but also delivered exceptional service despite being the only staff member present during a busy time. She managed to assist multiple customers with grace and professionalism. Kudos to her for taking her job seriously and maintaining her integrity.
On a side note, I did notice that the night crew could improve their end-of-shift duties, as the floors could use a thorough cleaning.
Overall, the food was delicious and served on clean dishes.

The restaurant was packed there was a long wait; but Mr. Cody came out apologizing for the wait. He was so nice and courteous about us having to wait. When he got us seated he was articulate and professional. After taking our orders he thanked us for patiently waiting.. Again he was very apologetic for something he had no control over; others had to eat before we could be seated. Several customers waited to be served along with us because of Mr. Cody. Great service and great food .See you next time Mr. Cody you saved the day.

I visit this restaurant at least once a week during my daily work routine and I always receive very good customer service. The food is typically on my table ready to eat within 5 to 10 minutes and its always super delicious. If you decide to go, ask for Maddy as your waitress and you won’t be disappointed.
