Excellent experience at this IHOP. We were greeted right away with a genuine smile and seated quickly, which set a great tone from the start. The service stayed attentive without hovering, and the food was exactly what we came for—hot, consistent, and filling, the perfect way to start the day. It’s not always easy to find a place that keeps things simple and does it well, but this location delivers. My family will definitely be visiting again soon.

Don’t eat here! They had me standing at the front entrance for 10 mins before someone came over to ask me what I needed.
The servers were just walking around like zombies. The manager needs to come out of her office and monitor the daily activities with the workers. I never stayed, I ended up leaving shortly after I complained to the manager.

The food was good, and our server was attentive. My only suggestion is that this location needs makeover. The lighting was dim which made the restaurant look old, and gave slighly run down vibes. It could use a good interior renovation that still honors the nostalgic feel and history of IHOP. Some of the ceiling fixtures looked nostalgic, in a good way.

I just ordered a western omelet with tomatoes,onions,mushrooms,cheese and spinach. I specifically said No meat. I received a omelet with nothing I ask for and it had sausage on it….I took it back, the manager never ca.e to address me as the customer to apologize. I ordered the spicy poblano omelette for the first time. Cut it in half and tasted a piece of the shredded beef and it had a very sour taste. It wasn’t good at all, I think the beef was spoiled. Just threw the whole omelette in the trash. My pancakes, potatoes and coffee were okay.

I go there cause it’s near my home. Most experiences have been excellent. This weekend it went downhill. Only thing correct was my hash browns and bacon. My eggs were scorched and dried out no taste n chopped to look scrambled. My toast was so hard and dry that I tapped on my plate and broke in half. Had to wait on silverware to drink my coffee. Was given another order of eggs. It was a little better and able to eat but still scorched n chopped to look scrambled. Was there a new cook? Definitely not the service I’ve received in the past. Having thoughts if I’ll patronize this location again.

Very disappointed with my experience at this IHOP location.
I placed an online order at 11:34 AM for a stack of pancakes and a burger meal, with a promised pickup time of 11:50 AM. When I arrived and walked inside, I was told the kitchen had only just received the order and it would take another 8-10 minutes. They suggested I wait in my car.
I returned inside around 12:10 PM, only to be informed that DoorDash had already picked up my food by mistake. The staff said that because it was processed as a third-party online order, they couldn’t issue a refund, but they would remake it. They also promised a manager would come out to speak with me and apologize.
A team member named Mrs. T apologized profusely, assured me everything would be properly packed, and said she would hand it directly to me. However, she later informed me that the manager refused to come out.
Overall, a 46-minute delay, a missing order, no managerial accountability, and a very frustrating experience. I hope this location improves its online order handling and communication.

Our server was really chill and cool. The food was okay. Two servers we’re having an argument about a coffee pot and the one girl was yelling all out in the open in front of guests. She finally calmed down when the manager pulled her into the kitchen. Our server was cool about it, but explained to us what happened. Apparently he took her coffee pot and she felt some type of way and decided to scream about it in-front of all of the customers. Very rude and unprofessional!!!! We ended up taking our food and leaving!

If i could give 0 stars I would. 5 parties that got after us all were out the door and leaving before we even got out food. We didn’t get our order taken until 30 minutes after we sat down and then didn’t get our food until an hour and 15 minutes after that. Then when we did get the food there was a hair in it. This is the most god awful place i’ve ever been to. Do not come here.

We visited this location this past Friday. Host sat us down at 10:05am. Nobody greeted us or acknowledged us till 10:25. We put our order in and after another couple was sat right behind us. 10:55 we are wondering where our food is at ? The other couples food comes out and at this point it’s 11:05! Let the manager know and instead of fixing it goes back and yells at the kitchen staff. No type of communication. We normally come to this location and put up with the crappy service but this was it for us.
