All the Staff were very attentive and the food was excellent. Had the Bourbon Salmon with Asparagus and sweet potato , along with side salad. Salmon was cooked to perfection and the dressing we choose was white Balsamic vinaigrette. It was so good we asked if we could buy some. Our wonderful waitress said their dressings were all hand made!
The only negative seen was the restroom. Although very clean and tidy the door hinges could use attention and door on floor attachments need attention. Otherwise 5 Star Food, our compliments to the Chief and our waitress who seated us and the change out waitress at shift change, hostess were all Friendly, welcoming and professional.

I haven’t been to Longhorn in ages and my god this was maybe the last time I do go. I had the idea that this chain was better than Chili’s and Applebees but it seems like they have joined the group because it was just as bad.
The place itself was dirty and disorganized. They were able to accommodate a large group of 11 last minute so thumps up for that. The orders were all messed up. Our server was great but it seems like the kitchen kept messing up our orders. I ordered a Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Mac & Cheese without bacon. Guess what it had in there? BACON. Thank god I checked! Ended up getting fries instead.
Also tried some apps and they were very mediocre. Surprising they have plenty of options besides steak. I will not be back but was happy to check it out.

Our experience was great. We were immediately greeted when we walked in and the wait time was minimal. Our server was very courteous and she was a pleasure. We had the salmon and shrimp; both were tasty. This was our first visit to this particular location, and hope to visit again.

We go back about every 6 months or so hoping they will have gotten their act together at this location & somehow they haven’t. Poor service, unwilling staff & honestly, dangerous practices for those of us with dietary needs. After stating gluten free & being served gluten, I returned the plate & they picked it off & reserved it thinking I wouldnt notice. I know it’s a pain when people have weird needs, but we want to go out too. We like the menu & will continue to drive by this location & go all the way to Grovetown to enjoy better service & a cleaner restaurant.

Waited 8 minutes on hold, between two different people who answered the phone during the same call, to be told that it would be a 35 minute wait before I could pick up anything through Togo…. Frustrating, but whatever. I end up driving to the restaurant, figuring I’ll have a drink while I wait on it to go order. It takes 40 minutes for two entrées, you can tell they’ve been sitting under the heat lamp, the lid isn’t even securely on one of the entrees so it busts open in the to go bag on the drive home, spilling steak juices onto the floorboard. The bartender had absolutely zero urgency about her and it was maybe 20 people in the restaurant. This place is too pricey for such awful service.

This was my first time in this restaurant, and I absolutely loved every minute of it. The decor was very impressive. The Western style is very unique and awesome. I love the lights, I can’t say it enough. I love the lights. The food was tasty. Sorry, I didn’t take any pictures of it. I ordered the ribeyed steak with seasoned rice pilaf and fries with a lemonade. Definitely would recommend and go back to eat.

Quasha was absolutely amazing. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without being overbearing. Drinks were always refilled, food came out exactly right, and she genuinely made us feel welcomed…not rushed or forgotten. You can tell she takes pride in her service. Easily one of the best server experiences I’ve had at LongHorn. If you get Quasha, you’re in great hands.

I visited this restaurant for my Mom’s Birthday celebration. The server we had was very good. There were a variety of steaks that my family ordered, ribeye and another that was a 20 oz steak. However, the 20oz was extremely tough. My family member ordered it medium. It was cooked correctly, but he couldn’t cut the steak.
He advised the server and decided to order a ribeye instead, and the steak was perfect for him. I ordered a rack of ribs, with a salad, and a sweet potato. The sweet potato was a little bit undercooked. The salad was good and the ribs were very tender. We also had an order of grilled pork chops, Brussels sprouts, and macaroni and cheese. My brother enjoyed those, the Mac and cheese were his favorite! We also ordered a fried shrimp appetizer they were very good!
