We ordered two pizzas and some wings at 6:47 PM on a Thursday night. ETA was 7:12… after wondering where our food was at 7:30, we got a notification saying our food has been delivered. We look outside and see no cars, food, nothing. Give the manager a call and get met with a terrible customer service experience. All she had to say was it will be there soon. After waiting 1 HOUR for some pizza. No refunds, discounts, fresh food. Nothing was offered to us to make us somewhat happier. Eventually the “manager” just hung up on us. Do not recommend ordering from here if you want your food the same day you order it.

Ordered online, got a confirmation, drove to the store — only to be told they “never had my order.” Yet somehow they instantly refunded my card without even asking for it. So clearly they did have the order.

Pizza Hut is my favorite fast food place to eat. Expensive chicken wings, but I love them. I wished I had a coupon before going there. Next time, I guess. The chicken wings were delicious and very fulfilling.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Pizza was delivered as if it was carried on its side….toppings everywhere, pizza was all on one side squished. Worst customer service, got hung up on. This is how I received my pizza, I wanted a new one delivered but it was only one driver….and then when I was told I would be refunded, I was told there wasn’t an email confirmation to be sent and when I asked for the girls name, she hung up on me. Tried to call back, no answer.

So there is a Pizza Hut that is closer to me than this one in Bristol, VA, but I ALWAYS choose this one to order pizza from because the quality, service and speediness of my order is amazing EVERY SINGLE TIME! I have never been disappointed with any order from this location! It’s so very easy to tell that they take their time and intentionally send out quality every time!!
The Detroit Style Pizza from this location is soooo good! I was curious (maybe even skeptical about trying it), but I am beyond satisfied with it! The crust is extra crispy, there is extra cheese on the crust, then the toppings and finally, the sauce on top is not the typical marinara sauce, this sauce has an extra fresh taste to it, it’s closer to what you would expect from an Italian restaurant! Definitely worth trying!

This is crazy !! I keep calling but they keep hanging up and then they called back and I asked if they have cauliflower crust and they hung up again. I’m glad they record all calls because this was frustrating. Back to Google for another search. Disappointment yeah I feel it.

Ordered 3/17 around the afternoon. Within an hour I got cramps, within 2 hours diarrhea, and the rest is history… FOOD POISONING. How do I know? Doctors told informed and it was the only thing I’ve eaten all day until getting home. Please check your ingredients or practice safe preparation. Even my friend got sick from here.

Food was fine and order was well prepared. We did carryout of a big dinner box. Lady who was at the counter for pickup loudly announced “no tip” upon our selection. I didn’t realize a tip was required when doing pickup since we didn’t have a server or driver and paid for the pizza so I found this to be strange and very off-putting. Probably will not visit location again.

We’re big Pizza Hut fans and have had great experiences with this location, food and service have always been great. Wanted to also say the delivery driver yesterday evening (6/1) was AWESOME. Got our food way ahead of the ETA, which was very much welcomed with the kids.
