What an amazing experience. The atmosphere here is perfect — warm, lively, and a great place to enjoy time with family or friends. The food was outstanding from start to finish. The filet, especially, is to die for: incredibly tender, seasoned perfectly, and full of flavor.

Dessert was its own adventure. Everything looked so good that choosing just one was impossible… so we didn’t. Every dessert we tried was delicious and worth the indulgence.

The customer service tied it all together. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of service that makes you want to come back.

If you’re in Addison and want great food, great vibes, and great service, I highly recommend stopping by.

We had dinner tonight at Neighborhood Services and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Our server, Clayton, was absolutely incredible. He struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to enjoy our meal. Our drinks were never empty, often refilled before we even thought to ask, which says a lot about his awareness and professionalism.

We started with the onion dip, which was so good we finished the chips almost immediately. The staff kindly brought us more without hesitation. The deviled eggs were excellent, and our kids especially enjoyed them, which is always a win when dining as a family. I ordered the ribs and they were outstanding, incredibly tender and truly fell off the bone. The French fries were also excellent. My son ordered the salmon and it was cooked perfectly and very flavorful.

One detail that really stood out was how clean the restrooms were. It is a small thing that speaks volumes about the care and standards of the entire operation. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming.

Huge kudos again to Clayton and the entire team. We will absolutely be coming back and look forward to our next visit.

I will admit, I was not impressed when I first arrived but that was 100% my fault. To me, has a more of an upscale “pub” vibe which isn’t my thing. So glad I was proven wrong to myself.
The restaurant is located in an extremely busy area, esp. for a Saturday eve., however they have valet parking. Arrived a little before our 7:00 p.m. reservation and was seated right at 7:00. Booth was plated for 4 but was a perfect size for the two of us. Our waiter was attentive but not overly pushy. Seemed to arrive just at the right time to refill water and ask how things were. The manger stopped by and thanked us for coming since this was our first time, which was a nice touch. However, the food? Amazing! Had the blood orange margarita, which was delicious. The deviled eggs were good, not spectacular but good, nonetheless. The closer: the Nova Scotia halibut with couscous special. Perfect blend of flavors. I would go back again just for that! I ate only half so today I warmed it up on 20% in the nuker for 5 minutes and it came out just as delicious as when it was served yesterday. Will definitely go back if that’s ever on the menu again.

Stopped by Neighborhood Services on a random Thursday afternoon and had a great experience. We were greeted by a really friendly hostess and decided to sit outside since it was golden hour—perfect timing. We started with the Red Sea-Salted Russet Fries and Butcher’s Meatballs, and the sauce that came with the meatballs was so good we ended up dipping our fries in it. I’d heard good things about the pot pie, which they only serve on Thursdays, so I gave it a shot, and it didn’t disappoint. Chicken and veggies were cooked just right, with a nice flaky crust. Service was great too—Aimee, our server, was super helpful with her recommendations. Overall, awesome food and great service. Will definitely be back!

Never heard of this place as me and my wife just moved here from Houston. Was recommended this place by a close friend. Service was exceptional, food was off the charts good and it seemed liked every food we tried had its own flavor experience. Even things I’ll admit i was scared to try. Awesome food. A little on the pricey side but i will return and recommend to others as it was a well rounded good experience. Sometimes you get what you pay for. The experience and quality alone is enough to make up for the price.

Good restaurant with a couple of misses. The service was excellent. They have an extensive drink menu as well. Star dishes are the fried cauliflower and Butcher meatballs.
The entrées weren’t as good. The burger was just ok, and the schnitzel was dry and lacked flavor.
Overall, a fun place to go for drinks and grab a few quick bites.

I had high hopes for the fish and chips, but it was a huge letdown. The batter was thick, gooey, and unpleasant, with a terrible texture that made it seem undercooked. I took two bites and sent it back. Thankfully, I wasn’t charged for the dish, but after that experience, I lost my appetite and didn’t order anything else. My husband had the burger and loved it, and he also raved about the fries, which I agree were delicious. Despite the disappointment with the fish, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed. I’d be willing to return to try another dish based on that. Overall, I’d rate the experience a 3/10.

Neighborhood Services is one of my new favorites in the Beltline food district. I’ve tried many of the restaurants around this area and didn’t notice this unassuming establishment. It’s upscale and has an impressive bar. The Steak Frites London Broil is worth every penny. The tuna and avocado appetizer was spot on. My buddy said it’s one of the best burgers he’s had as well.

Always perfect service and food. I love the daily specials. So fun! My favorite days are Wednesday and Thursday; Wednesday showcases a lovely bolognese and Thursday has a savory chicken pot pie with a cheddar crust.

As a barfly….
If you’re looking for an unforgettable night out, do yourself a favor and find Carlos behind the bar. This man is not just a bartender—he’s an artist, a storyteller, and knows exactly what he is doing.
From the moment you sit down, Carlos makes you feel like a VIP whether you’re a regular or a first-timer. His knowledge of spirits is unparalleled, and whether you’re in the mood for a classic Old Fashioned, a perfectly balanced margarita, or something completely off-menu, he crafts each drink with precision and passion.
I loved how he knew what I wanted when I ordered a Fernet and Coke. He asked, “The Argentinian way?” which was a pleasant surprise. It’s how I love it but, usually, am too shy to ask since some bartenders don’t know what i’m talking about, but he knew right away with the addition of the lime, perfectly donned salt rim.

Overall, the ambiance is warm. Definitely neighborly and a lovely place to visit, or call home.

The entrance is strangely on the side but it’s very private. Also how it leads into the dining hall away from the layout of tables helps the diners who are seated nearer to the door not having to deal with incoming traffic of people. Our waiter with a stylish moustache was very attentive; checking in every now and then and helpful with boxing up our leftovers, which shows how big the portions are here. We ordered a braised beef nachos for starters (beautiful blend of beef and picco de gallo) Wagyu chicken fried steak ( beautiful blend of spices the battered steak accompanied with silky smooth mashed potatoes) and a Dirty Delmanico steak (tender and deliciously smokey accompanied by crunchy thin fries). Dessert was Banana Pudding Parfait (yummy and a good balance of creamy and banana bites).
