Food was excellent. Very slow service. Server did not let us know about up charges on sides.

All the food was good and our server was nice but the table was dirty, they didn’t have kid’s menus or kid’s cups, and a few bathroom stalls in the ladies room didn’t have locks. The portions were very large though. We definitely shared everything which worked out well. If you look at their menu though, they have items that are more expensive because people like them more (this is obviously a corporate thing but it’s completely ridiculous) and it’s a dumb idea.

Very cool place! The chocolate cake is wayyy too big. It’s amazing size. Maybe need 6 people to share that. Wish I can come back soon. Wish me luck

Went for a retirement party. We had over 20 in attendance & in the back. Long table for several joined together.

The food was absolutely cooked to perfection, and extremely delicious. I ordered the filet mignon blue with 1 lobster tail, and it was just exquisite.

This is our favorite restaurant in all of San Bernardino. Their happy hour is great. Also their menu is full of so many options and choices. The bartenders and saloon staff make us feel at home and adapt to our cocktail desires. When we are in town, we love visiting Claim Jumper on Hospitality Lane.

It’s very much a letdown. Claim Jumper used to be such a great place to go. Good service and great food, until now.

Food earned 2 stars, but Our awesome waitress increased the rating by one star. We’ve been away for a fee years, and had really been looking forward to this place that held so many good memories for us. I’ve attached a picture of the “roasted” vegetables. These were greasy, mostly raw vegetables. I expected roasted cauliflower, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, etc., but got summer squash and carrots tossed in bad oil and absolutely not roasted. The mashed potatoes were the best dish of the night. My husband’s fish tacos had no lime or lemon, no cabbage, no sauce. Very disappointing. The waitress helped me celebrate my birthday, so that salvaged the evening. It’s sad to see a restaurant decline so much in food quality.
