I’ve been to Red Robin probably 35x in 20yrs. And in WA & AZ. The worst fries I’ve ever had. The server was berg fast with the fried but they were terrible. The burger was a bit off too! I couldn’t get a Lagunitas IPA or Space Dust first time. There was one guy in the bar with me when I showed up and yet I never received silverware! When I asked for napkins the bartender seemed put off and gave me some napkins behind the bar! The manager was extremely loud and bopping all around. I wouldn’t go back. There’s a Bob’s down the street. It looked cleaner with a better lit parking lot. Give that a try!

I ordered the zucchini fries for curbside pickup since I had my 3-month old baby in the car and wanted a quick pickup on the way home. Not only did they make me wait in the parking lot for 30mins because they were too busy to bring out the order but when I got home, I realized they gave me a pathetic handful of fries. What a waste of $13 and 30 minutes of the day. Never coming here again.

We were seated in a busy section, but the food was great and the timing of everything was still solid. Although the section looked a bit overwhelming, our server really found her rhythm and handled it exceptionally well.
I was part of a group of seven, and we definitely kept her busy with plenty of extra requests — more of this, extra that, another refill, a few substitutions — easily a dozen additional asks beyond our regular order. Despite that, she stayed courteous, attentive, and on top of everything.
There are some good deals available, so you can still find solid value, especially considering the consistently great food and the bottomless fries. I’d definitely recommend Red Robin. I usually skip the typical drive-through burger spots and save my occasional burger outing for Red Robin instead.

Gotta be honest, this is the 3rd or 4th Red Robin I’ve been to in the last 5 years, and one thing in common: completely underwhelming menu. I remember a time when the food at a Red Robin was something to get excited for and it’s just really gone downhill. I really miss the French Onion soup (discontinued). The floors always seem greasy; the tables, even when clean, feel sticky.
At this location, we ordered the salt and pepper and Mike’s hot honey wings, a short stack of onion rings, the fondue burger, and two kids’ meals. The steak fries were pretty stale, and really needed to Original Seasoning. The kettle chips under the wings were soooo soggy despite getting the mostly dry wings. All in all, totally underwhelming.
I’ll give the staff some credit. They were all very friendly and helpful.

I ordered a burger with an egg and the egg had some clear jelly so I asked them to cook it a little more (not a big deal- whatever) and they rolled their eyes, took my plate and brought back a burger with a burnt egg and said “here’s your over hard egg” then left? Rude

I ordered food for me and my partner on 3/1/2026. I was given fries that were old and mixed with different fries. They were inedible. I called to let the people working at the Everett Red Robin about the issue. The person Alexandria who answered the phone told me they checked the food and that was not true. She was lying. I didn’t want food replacement. I was just calling to let them know about the issue. I will not be returning because of nasty food and nasty service.

I visited this Red Robin on Veterans Day. I truly appreciate the free meal, and the burger’s flavor was good, but unfortunately the execution fell short — the burger was lukewarm, the cheese wasn’t melted, and the fries (which I normally enjoy) were so dry I needed water just to eat them. The restaurant itself felt unclean, and staff conversations about other employees were not appropriate for customers to overhear. On the positive side, our waitress was very friendly and attentive, earning a well-deserved tip, which is why I rated service 4 stars. Overall, though, the food quality and atmosphere at this location were disappointing. I’ll likely choose to drive to the Twin Lakes location 20 minutes north instead.

Wow- after going to the same restaurant for years at 58 years old I can’t believe this was my service. I walked out and headed to Bobs Burgers and Brews next door. Great service. I don’t know where Devyn was or what happened but I don’t know if I will be back. I will definitely be Tammy dollar bills elsewhere. Goodbye Red Robin
