This Panda Express location is fine, but not great.
The staff is nice overall. They seem to care & try to give quality customer service. This may just be the location, but this Panda Express is always busy. It’s open late hours which is great when you want a late night food option.
My biggest complaint about this restaurant is that it always feels dirty. The bathrooms, tables, drink area are usually sticky. It may be from the volume of customers who are constantly here, but I believe they’re not cleaned enough. The food area is clean, which is what matters to me overall.
Another weird issue I run into at this location is that I’ve had my order messed up a few times. When I go to pick up my order or I receive my order, I go home to realize that I have someone else’s order. I’m not entirely sure how this happens, but there is an opportunity to restructure the servicing & quality check process.
The food is consistent & the staff is kind enough for myself to continue returning.

They need a better system to handle mobile order pick ups because they are TERRIBLE at it. The girl in the front completely ignores anyone who’s there on the side waiting to pick up. It has happened to me twice. I get that they also have a line of people ordering, but the pick up line is just as important. I literally saw my name on one of the bags ready for pick up but I couldn’t get a hold of the girl working in front because she was always doing something else and avoiding the front counter. When I was finally able to get her attention, I told her my name for the order and she just looked at her co-worker and shouted my name for the order to him. When that entire time, it’s just sitting on the mobile order rack. I wasn’t the only one though, there was 3 other people waiting with me and they were getting impatient too. Not sure what her deal was , maybe she doesn’t know how to handle it which is fine, but not everyone is going to be understanding and considerate. I don’t mind waiting if it’s busy, but not even addressing the pick up line AT ALL is very rude. I don’t think I’ll be back but hey, at least they got my order right.

I had a disappointing experience here. The drive-through wait was incredibly long, and I had to wait 30 minutes for a DoorDash pickup. The employees seemed slow and indifferent to the delay, which was frustrating. If the restaurant is going to have long wait times, they should consider stopping orders after a certain time to avoid frustrating customers.

Service is lacking. The food is grs spectacular! Download the Panda Express Rewards App. Arturo the manager is excellent however the other Team members are rude and think Nuestros Gringos Don’t Understand Spanish. Por cierto entiendo.

I’m not sure if you guys have the same crew every night but the crew that you have on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 10 PM is the best crew every single time I go here and they’re there. They always are really good at the window and at serving the food and they just have a really good dynamic and structure.

December 19th I made a delivery order from the Panda Express app, the app froze mid order and I did not see the order go through on my end (turns out it did). I had to force close the app and resubmit my order. A few minutes later after submitting the second order I get the push notification from my bank that, not one, but two charges of over $50 went through. I figured no big deal, I’ll reach out to customer service since I still did not see the first order showing up on the app at first and proceedsd to open a help ticket through Panda Express immediately. Eventually everything synced up and I saw two orders did indeed go through, again I’m thinking this sucks but that just means we’ll end up with extra food. 45 minutes or so pass by and I hear no knock or anything indicating my food had been delivered so I check the app… it says delivered. The driver left the food sitting on the ground outside however, I only received 1 of the 2 orders. I tried calling the location directly multiple times and the phone just rang, I could not get through to anyone to find out what happened with the second order. I opened a second customer service ticket, it is now January 4th and I still have not received any updates or refund for the missing order, i just keep getting blown off and told they need to “investigate the 3rd party” and there will be delays due to the holiday. Everytime I have ordered from Panda there always seem to be some issue, usually drinks missing from the order so I just stopped ordering drinks. Now entire meals are missing and Panda Express has not done anything to remedy the situation or give me my money back.

Well I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the atmosphere dining experience. I ended up in drive at 10:15, even though they’re open till midnight. However the drive thru cashier was very pleasant

Waited over 20 minutes for a pickup in the drive thru at 1am and was asked multiple times for my name. When I got to the window, I was asked once again for my name and asked to show the order. 5 minutes later my food arrived and was handed without a thank you or an acknowledgement of any sort. Didn’t do anything wrong, but because of the lack of staffing or whatever was going on in the back was treated like an afterthought, as were other people in the drive thru who had to wait. People were even backing out because of how long it was taking. Absolutely ridiculous. Get your shit together.

The customer service here is non existent. Jhon is a horrible person he is so rude and I doubt he likes his job. He tried giving me something I didn’t ask for. He rang me up and I wasn’t even done ordering. So I just paid for the food and left i didn’t even get everything i was asking for. He didn’t give me silverware, napkins, or my kids drinks. I can’t believe as a customer he would treat someone so disgusting. They need training on how to properly speak with people and how customer service really works. I’ll never be going back to this Panada again and I won’t recommend it to anyone either.
