Very clean inside the establishment. Customer service was really good. Just need to restock on napkins and complementary sides like ketchup, mayo mustard etc. not handicap while entering the building got a play area for the children and happy meals and ice cream and hot fudge sundaes the food was hot and tasty. The drink was fresh had ordered. Two orders of the big Mac original size keep up the good work, everyone.

Went through the drive through … Asked for Gold sauce and told they were out which is fine. I totally understand. But I get home to find this in my bag which could’ve spilled all over everything but thankfully did not. Is this how you give sauce now?? If it comes in little sealed packets, why in the heck is it poured into a box? This is unsanitary to say the least. It went straight into the trash can.

The McDonald’s is HORRIBLE. Every time we come here we have a bad experience. We came 2 weeks ago and paid $16 for meal and the souvenir didn’t come with it. I called, spoke to the manager and she said she would put my name on the list. Then i visited today and when ordering my daughter a happy meal I told the lady my name was on the list and I didn’t receive it last time I was here. She told me they couldn’t find my name and that i would have to drive all the way back there another day to get it. So i asked the lady at the window hers and her managers name so i can make a complaint, she shut the door in my face and started laughing. Didn’t get her name but got a picture. I did drive through or I would have given atmosphere a higher rating. Food i based on the location, not the chain. 4 stars for food since the fries were lukewarm when I received my order. Staff was helpful and smiling during my interaction, which was nice.

Karina, who is at the window is extremely rude.
All I wanted was my french fries that I didn’t get the day before and it was a huge issue.
I had already spoken to the manager and my name was supposed to be on the list. All I wanted was something that I had already paid for. Not only that, the fries were extremely extra salty.
Y’all are a joke.
The only super nice one was the girl with red hair in the front window.
You can literally hear everybody arguing and complaining inside.

EDITED TO ADD: the rude lady at the window is literally in a picture review from a few months ago that’s WILD y’all can’t find a better employee !!!

I had a good mobile experience this morning, I would like to apologize to the cashier I haven’t slept well in days due to my serve headache so when she handed me my food I thought she was handing me napkins, Iam not usually out early in the morning when it’s so dark outside. I guess it’s now the new norm for McDonald’s to wait 30min only to get cold fries along with Luke warm cheeseburgers, I just don’t understand how hard it is to make fresh fries.

After waiting 30mins with no one coming out to apologize for the wait and that the order is coming. I had to go in my damn self.

This seems to be a pattern for all McDonald’s and part of the reason why I stopped coming in the 1st place. Completely disappointed.

People who don’t really care about the job. Spending too much time on their phones, laughing and joking around rather than focusing on order accuracy and speed. Every time I go their drive thru is backed up, you have people being told to park and wait for their food. I’ve stopped using their drive thru and just walk in to the kiosk now.

Update: Service is starting to improve a bit but I would still have low expectations when coming here. If you get surprised let it be a pleasant surprise.
