Service and food were awful. There was a fight going on while we were trying to have dinner.
I ordered a steak rare and they brought out what looked like a hamburger patty over cooked, asked them to remake it and 20 mins later our waitress came back to our table saying it was going to be a few more mins. At that point, we have been there for over an hour. Half our food came out the other half we had to ask for, and I just told them to cancel my steak. Didn’t eat anything but was still charged for everything! This place has gone downhill!

Good food, good service, and okay atmosphere. It always just seems kind of grimy and not cleaned well… Still enjoyed the evening and had good price for a solid meal. Provided plenty of lemon for my water

Edit #2: I got in Contact w/ a Manager & she replaced the order (2nd photo). She was really sweet & brought it out to me (wish I would’ve gotten her name). I’m changing it to 3 stars because of her, but the experience aside from her is still frustrating

The pics are from to go meals. I’ll speak on that although I have eaten in the restaurant. Meals packed securely, food is fresh and tasty. They pack silverware, napkins and sauces securely. I like their chops, ribs and sweet mashed potatoes. Overall, good restaurant with decent variety.

I ordered to go online. I got a chicken tender wrap with fries and a drink, which cost me $18. They gave me a pathetically small amount of fries and my tender wrap had 1 sad little chicken tender in it. If I wasn’t at work, I’d go back and complain. It was delicious, but not worth how much I paid.

I ordered a take go order from O Charley’s and my food was inedible. My rolls were hard as a rock, and most of my food tasted like it was made yesterday. I decided to go here for my birthday and it was extremely disappointing. I would have gone back to get a remake but unfortunately the weather has gotten bad and I’m unable to go back to the restaurant.

Very disappointed
I’m only giving one star because the food was hot and brought out quickly.
I must say I was very disappointed at this O’Charley’s location when I walked in , the carpet was full of left over trash from previous guest. I was seated quickly but not greeted by my server for some time when she did arrive I asked her if someone could clean off our table seats and floor because of the leftover food droppings and trash from the previous guest. I did noticed she looked very tired and distracted and asked her if they just got swamped and she said yes. I understand that but service was still downhill from there she brought out the bread and butter but did not bring us bread plates when I did ask for them at the end of the meal they had never arrived. I only got one glass of water upon request but my glass was never refilled the entire meal until she finally came back to check at the end. I had to ask for a refill. Our server only asked if our appetizers were okay which was the spinach artichoke dip and yes it was made perfectly but she never checked on our meals( the catfish and the cedar plank salmon by the way was delicious asparagus was thin and stringy but like I said the food was hot and it was brought out promptly .) when we were done she asked us if we would like some pie and that was our only option given. I’m only writing this review because I had just frequent an O’ Charlie’s in Sharonville and the service and the food was excellent I love the cedar plank salmon so much that I was I was passing this particular restaurant we pulled over to get it again but the experience was horrible and felt like it was a waste of our time and money. It was disappointing because it was only 8:30 p.m. on a Tuesday night there was roughly five other tables so there was no reason to have that many servers and that few of customers and service be so poor.

Ordered a family size meal yesterday with a family salad as one of our sides. We received the salad dressing but no family size salad. Tried to call 3x, was on hold for a total of 30 minutes. Tried to call again today when it’s less busy and still on hold for 10+ minutes. Always have loved the food and service but this is definitely a let-down.

After we placed our order our waitress came back and informed us that the restaurant did not have any chicken except for tenders and that their delivery is coming at 8pm that night. Therefore, we had to replace our order again. A member of my group ordered the Battered Cod meal. After receiving our food we realized that the Battered Cod meal only contained 3 little pieces along with the sides. We brought it to our waitresses attention that we were dissatisfied with the portion size. She apologizes and said she’ll go back to the kitchen to see if there’s anything she can do. Long story short nothing became of the situation, she brushed it off, no manager came out to talk to us, we couldn’t get more Cod for the meal- nothing. We for sure will not be returning to O’Charley’s after our past experiences.

Literally the worst experience and all of our food was wrong and cold and the steak was foul it was still raw but the blood was like a weird brown color they should get in trouble just for serving the steaks we got oh and we didn’t get our appetizer until we were about to leave and she only brought out one thing from the top shelf combo appetizer!! (The steak is in a box cause I just took it home to my dog since we still had to pay for it)

Quick seating, friendly waitress Great Dinner date (My Daughter) she loves the bread. My Broccoli was steamed just right, my Salmon was cooked perfectly and the Coleslaw was delicious as well. My daughter enjoyed her meal as well
