I love Shake Shack’s sandwiches. Chicken is my favorite. The crunch is amazing. The fries are great too. Why 4 ⭐️? The shake I got. I was so excited to treat myself to the Valentine Shake. I had the chicken burger and a hot dog, and both were seriously fresh. The chicken was juicy with the perfect crunch, and the hot dog had that classic Shack snap and flavor. Super clean spot with friendly staff too. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re craving something quick but still high quality.

LOVE this place! Food tastes less processed, fresh & not too salty. Burgers really hit the spot. But this time we tried the chicken sandwiches and we were astounded by the extra thickness and natural texture of the meat. I also had bacon and avocado added for an extra charge and those were abundant too. Really casual relaxed environment to sit and enjoy the meal. Never rushed. Staff are kind & real people. Restrooms are clean & tidy. As I said before, LOVE this place!

They forgot to give me ranch and the burger was burnt. I was on my lunch break so I didn’t have time to have them remake it so I was forced to eat this hard crunchy over cooked burnt tasting burger. It was terrible. Also the burger is tiny. Almost $7 for a burger that is only big enough for a child. And the bun was folded under and smashed onto my burger so when I unfolded it there was sauce all over the top and was messy to eat. It doesn’t seem like they care about the quality of their food at all. The fries were great but whoever is cooking their burgers is the worst. I expected way better from this place.

Burgers were good but the grilled cheese we ordered for our daughter looked like they put a couple Kraft singles and microwaved for 5 seconds.

The food took 30 minutes. That was insane amount of time to wait for over the counter food. A table got their food before we did even when we ordered before them. Our two cheeseburgers look smashed like someone smushed the bun before putting it on. Also, at the 25 minute mark I went up to the counter to see what was happening with our order since a table for their food before us and not a single worker acknowledged me. The women working pouring a beer didn’t even look up and the senior worker helping her pour didn’t look up either BUT, a lady came up after me and they asked if she needed anything?? Like why was I ignored. Never coming back I’m extremely disappointed
