This is a very good restaurant offering a broad selection of your favorite Tex-Mex dishes conveniently located off I-25 as you are entering or leaving Trinidad . The service is prompt and friendly. The prices are reasonable and the portions are ample. The food is tasty, however, the pork in my green chili was a bit overcooked and stringy. There is plenty of free parking outside the restaurant.

Been coming here for years. Have a previous 5 star review. Apx 3 weeks ago went, and something about the food/dish i had was off. Did not review then. Went back tonight. Spoke with mgr. Edgar. He listened, understood, relates, and acknowledged my concern for the last time there. I did order something different. It was very good. Everything was fine. On way out we spoke again. I let him know I would review now. So….Edgar made efforts to listen to my concern. When I come down again, (1 hr away) I may take the chance to order the dish I was disappointed in the ti.e before, if Edgar is there, and he k ows who’s cooking. John

This is a nice Mexican restaurant that seems pretty popular. They have a large seating area, and it was at least half filled on a weekday evening when I stopped in. With a name like Tequilas, you would expect a ton of tequila options. You won’t be disappointed here. They have tons of tequilas as well as a fully stocked bar. The mole enchilada was good, it was just a little sweeter than I’m used to. The chili relleno was ok, but the green chili on the side made it much better. The service was great all evening.

The food was absolutely delicious, their chili reannos was my favorite. They had a delicious Miami vice drink. Server was prompt and polite. And the restaurant was very unique, clean and adorable. My only complaint is they do not do military discount, but then again Ibjave yet to fond any Mexican restaurants who do. Highly recommend this place.

I love this restaurant. It’s like eating at a restaurant in Mexico City. The food is always good. You have to try the horchata, wow! We had the carne asada plate and the tortilla soup. Just delicious!!!

Our margaritas were pretty good. The kind that sneek up on ya. Guacamole was great and the chips were yummy. The salsa has a mild bite. My personal preference is when it’s warm. I think there’s would be phenomenal if it were warm. The plates and serving size are HUGE. MY husband & I should have shared. Very good meal. This was our 1st time @tequilas. BUT, not our last. We will be back!

Just passing through and was recommended to stop here for lunch by a local at the gas station. Wished I lived nearby because this place rises above the occasion.
Love the festive colors and decorations. Superb, quick, top notch service. Quick and pleasant. My cup never ran dry and the chips were on the table right after I sat down. The staff was on top of checking on us and the food came out fresh and hot.
Great flavors and mixture. The price point was very well for what we got and the quality of service. Next time I pass through, I will be making a stop here.

You are greeted with free chips and salsa when you sit down. Their food is delicious and comes in generous portions, yet their prices are low. The decor is bright and fun. The service was excellent. I highly recommend this place for any time of the day as they offer breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Beautiful restaurant with bright decor and Spanish music. Servers were very attentive. Food was excellent and I grew up on Tex Mex! The sampler appetizer was excellent for a meal. The chips are thin and crispy not hard like some restaurants corn chips. Salsa did taste like it had chili powder in it which I would leave out but overall this was an Excellent experience!
