Huey’s has been bringing Blues, Brews, & Burgers in Memphis since 1970. Perhaps the most unique characteristics of our locations are the graffiti walls, hometown feel and local live music. Our World Famous Huey burgers have been voted Best Burger in Memphis since 1984. Sundays at Huey’s are traditionally known for live music, including jazz, blues and even a little rock from local and regional groups. At the example of the late Thomas Boggs, Huey’s former owner, giving back to the community is one of our top priorities. We are proud to have donated many hours, monetary support and services for countless community organizations, schools, and nonprofits over the years.

Went for a quick lunch we were seated immediately. Plenty of space! Restaurant was clean and staff did a great job. We ordered the cheese fries with bacon and the Huey’s burger and a sandwich. My burger was soggy. The bottom bun did not hold well and as a result I was unable to eat the bun but just the meat. Felt like I wasted my money. I usually get a club sandwich and they are spectacular. Decided to try to burger this time. I would not order it again based on this experience but everything else was good. The cheese fries was awesome.

Had a great time with my husband here for dinner. It was a little crowded but we were seated within a couple of minutes of walking in the door. Our waitress was nice and did her job but didn’t go above and beyond. Food was 4 stars. My husband had the trio hamburger, but they were a lot smaller than expected. I had the chicken tender salad and was pleased.

To start off the server was very slow and it’s was not busy. The only time she was quick to the table was drink order and bring the tab. I had the A- 1 burger with fries it was ok will not order again. The wings was very crispy will order again. The onion straws suck look mush together. The catfish basket was ok strips too small. And last the brownie it took forever to get the brownie I almost forgot I order it. It can out looking like brownie crumble. Ice cream was ok. I think the service would have been better if the server would have paid more attention to the table. And when she did come to the table she was not picking up the dirty dishes until I they were stack up. Was a very unpleasant job by the server not very attentive will not be going back there anytime soon.

This one is waaay better to me than the one downtown. As for our server, she was not attentive enough for me. She didnt check on us or engage in conversation as much as she did with the same race as her if you catch my drift. She was fast to see what the tip was tho. The food was okay. My fish basket didnt taste bad. My sons wings were a little too crispy but i like crunchy so not bad. DO NOT EAT THE RANCH DRESSING. It is watered down. The onion basket was cold. Now my favorite thing to order is the cheese and sausage plate. Forgot to take a picture bc i was ready to eat. I would recommend it. My hubby Burger was ok. I didnt know the fries were charged separately so look out for that. The brownie dish although given scraps was pretty good. Next time i hope it looks like the picture. It wasn’t too packed but kind of cold so bring a jacket. They also have a bar if you want to drink. 18 percent gratuity charged 9 pm. In all i would give them a 3.8 score.

Fun location for celebration or just family together time. Clean and refreshing. Service is good employees seem happy to be there so there attitude makes the experience more pleasant for everyone, but the onion rings are the bomb they are normally my meal of choice!!

Hueys was busy the day that we went in. Usually for other restaurants, this would mean a long time to eat. Not for Huey’s. They had managers that were out there helping out and making sure that everybody was taken care of, the servers were quick and friendly, and it was a very pleasant and quiet experience. We ate out on the patio, we were worried that it might be too hot, but it was actually incredibly nice in there. There was air conditioning and it was shaded to be pleasant. I got the sunshine burger, and it was absolutely delicious. Their bacon was cooked to absolute perfection, their egg was perfect as well. We got the fried pickles as well, and those were heavenly. The ranch was beyond amazing, I seriously considered asking if I could buy a full jar of it, because it was so amazing. The fries were delicious. I can’t sing the praises of Huey’s enough in this review to explain how amazing this trip was. 10/10 would absolutely eat here again and again.
