You should expect to have missing items in your to-go orders, and if you order from DoorDash, expect that you will be coming back to correct the order. Lobby is generally unclean, soft drink residue on tables, pieces of food left on the seats

I came in to order a double quarter pounder with cheese meal. I am not sure what I got but that was not it. I like well done fries and they were putrid. I also got my burger it had no cheese and two burnt patties. I took it back in and got a Big Mac meal and that burger fell apart. I am thinking when you cook a burger the cheese should be melted. The staff had a bunch of teenagers on social media and really couldn’t care less. If u could give this place a zero I would. I mean come on help it’s customers who are paying our had earn money for crap like this at this point. Update 12/17/24 I went to try again and the burgers were not even cooked. I am hoping that people don’t get food poisoning at this point.

Honestly, last time I’m coming here. Every time I have come, the fries are half empty (see picture). Increasing prices with these portions are a total no go and the staff really don’t care. Avoid this location if possible.

Long story short: got to window, sat for 5 minutes,paid, waited another 7-8 minutes then was asked to pull forward. I learned the hard way, this is NOT fast food, they do NOT care about you as a customer and most importantly they do NOT care about the food at this location. Regardless of making the food fresh or not fast food is not what this is. Months of avoiding this location, to think no one in the drive through, my order will be quick right? LMAO 2 cheeseburger, a chicken sandwich and a drink. I donated a meal to this team of imbalances. But hey, it’s my fault for wanting food and being hungry, next time I want this location, I’ll leave 30 minutes in advance. 20 dollars later, no food, no movie as I was now late. You guys don’t even deserve the 3 stars you got.

I ordered a bacon McGriddle because I can’t eat much sausage. THEY GAVE ME A SAUSAGE MCGRIDDLE!!!! The order sticker is correct but the freaking sandwich is so freaking wrong!!! And every time i try to call is just goes to a busy signal!!

Very gross. Not a single table was cleaned, floors are sticky, trash piled in the trash cans, bathrooms were repulsive, burgers were rock hard and black on all 6 of my McDoubles, and the nuggets were mushy like they were undercooked, drink stations covered in trash and nastiness. Would not recommend to my own dog, and won’t come back even if I was starving and this was the last McDonalds location on earth.

I got the new big arch, more like the Mc raw, smh how is it that one of the patties on my big arch was raw.. the worst part is I live across from a McDonald’s but drive out of my way to go to this one. just to send up with this raw burger
