I love this place. It’s a awesome place to go if you want something a little fancy. My grandparents LOVE it here and feel so so treated when I take them. I’ve been coming here for years, and Tracy has made our experiences so memorable since the very beginning!!!

I highly recommend people try the Queso and Carrot cake here. So good and unlike anything you’ll get at any other restaurant in the area.

Service was great. Atmosphere was pretty much neat and simple steakhouse. Food was just “meh.” We got the queso dip, which was okay. A NY and Filet. Both cooked fine. Brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes, salads. Not bad by any means, but not “great.”- especially for the price at about $60 per person. It’s like sub or par with Texas Roadhouse/chains.

Went in there with high hopes but was disappointed very quickly on the first bite of the steak. Pat’s ribeye cut 12 oz Steak was a poor cut. Lot of fat, gristle and tough. Didn’t expect that from Saltgrass. The service was very good.

Had a very nice meal at Salt Grass last night. Starting with the Wedge Salad, amazing example of cold food cold, and perfectly dressed! Steak and Shrimp entree was also excellent. Our server, Brianna, was a pro, we felt well served every minute. Nice work!

I’ve been coming to this Saltgrass location for over 10 years, and I’ll keep returning because of the excellent service and food.

So many restaurants in the Denver Metro treat you like human cattle—rushing you through the meal, cramming tables into tight spaces, and making you feel like just another number. Saltgrass is the opposite. The dining room is open and welcoming, you’re never rushed, and the experience always feels special.

Every visit has been great, especially compared to other options in Parker. There’s no other steakhouse in town that’s as consistent or fresh—this place is hands-down the best.

The staff, specifically the manager, Tracy—who used to be my family’s favorite waitress here almost a decade ago, is particularly pleasant and wonderful on every visit we see her. I cannot tell you, how refreshing it is, to see a familiar and friendly face, at a restaurant for that span of time. It truly takes you back to an era gone by, and gives this restaurant a special touch.

If our visit ever has issues, she always addresses them with sincerity. The other managers are very professional and pleasant, too. But she stands out because she has gone above and beyond to remember my family, and always takes care of our concerns (if we had any) and makes each visit great.

The food lives up to its looks! The ribs, pork chops, mac and cheese, bread, salads, and soups are all as delicious as they appear in photos. And the steaks? Always top-notch. We’ve tried everything on the menu, and there’s not a single dish that skimps on quality—it all tastes homemade. Oh, and you have gotta try the carrot cake. There isn’t a bakery in a 100 miles that comes close to their carrot cake.

Saltgrass is one of the few restaurants I trust when traveling, but this location is our absolute favorite.

While i thought the food was okay! I thought the atmosphere and service was amazing! I was there last night and had the best service from our server Chris! Never not once had to ask for anything! These servers know how to do their jobs! The place was very nice and hope to be there again soon! This time to order ribs!

I stayed at nearby hotel and wanted a decent dinner. We ordered the Queso Briskett Nachos to start. They were really good. I had drinks, they were good. I my daughter had the salmon with crabmeat and I had to steak w crabmeat and fried asparagus. The Asparagus was really good. Steak and salmon too. Only issue we had was with the mac(it was dry and not edible) and the crab meat(soggy, lacking flavor). Everything else was really good, including our server.

“I never imagined I would be sharing something like this. On January 29th, 2026, at Saltgrass Steakhouse in Parker, Colorado, my wife and children and I found a cockroach in our food. What should have been a simple family meal became a nightmare. My kids were terrified, my wife is still shaken, and we’ve had multiple trips to the emergency room since. I have reached out to the restaurant multiple times, but they have completely ignored us. I am heartbroken and furious. We are left with trauma, no trust in their establishment, and no answers. Please be warned—this is a cautionary tale, and I will not stop until justice is served. Saltgrass, you will not get a second chance with us.”
